Complimentary snacks available in the lobby were refreshing.

During my stay, the check-in process was quite frustrating. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, leading to a delay in receiving assistance at the front desk. Additionally, the breakfast options were lesser than I anticipated, lacking the variety typically found at other Hampton Inns, which left me disappointed.

The room was spacious with a fabulous mattress and a mini-fridge. My early check-in request was expertly handled by the GM, who remembered my name!

Felt at ease, no complaints.

Despite its cleanliness, there were issues with the elevators making loud noises, and the parking spots were too narrow, leading to worries about vehicle dings from careless parkers. The breakfast was pretty basic, lacking the variety you'd find at other locations, and the room had a stuffy feel because the window wouldn’t open for fresh air. Plus, some guests mentioned a lack of responsiveness around managing guest complaints, which made for some uncomfortable situations.

We had a nice time, the location was perfect for our needs and we asked for extra pillows and towels which came to us quick ly. The TV was nice and having a coffee maker in the room was a great touch for our mornings.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but still acceptable for what we got.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We explored the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and enjoyed the rides at Nashville Shores Waterpark. The room was nice, had a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and was clean, which made our stay super enjoyable!
