the room was an absolute disaster. the balcony door wouldnt even shut properly—only managed to latch it. dont even get me started on the bed, it was like laying on a slope! i woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade but i suppose the hotel prefers mediocrity. also, plan on fighting for a chair by the pool, good luck with that!

Comfortable room, convenient location, and the welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable, especially the late check-out option that allowed us to relax a bit longer before heading out to explore the nearby attractions.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Overall, we had a good experience. The King Room was comfortable and conveniently located near the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore local dining options. However, the shower faucet was noisy, leading to a less relaxing experience. I recommend checking the water fixtures for a better stay.

The room was nice and the balcony view of the Riverwalk was mint. But, man, breakfast was cramped as and they need more chairs! Chur!

Location couldn’t get better! We enjoyed walks along the Riverwalk, and the staff was incredibly friendly, particularly the café team. Our room was clean and had a wonderful view of the river.

the hilton had a fantastic view of the riverwalk, and it's close to attractions like the alamo and king william. our room was spacious, and we loved the outdoor pool. the parking staff was super friendly and helpful with local info. great dining options right at the hotel too!

It’s just an appropriate option for a getaway in San Antonio with fantastic value for money. The bar staff were really friendly and helped us with drink recommendations that made our evenings better. Just a heads up, the valet service is a mess, so if you're driving, prepare for a long wait to get your car.

Delicious breakfast at the Riverside Cafe and the splendid ADA bathroom made our stay enjoyable! However, the valet service was a tad slow. I’d definitely stay here again!

They didn't explain the problem, and it felt unprofessional. It was inconvenient during my stay, but the restaurant staff stood out. Exploring nearby attractions like the Alamo was easy. As a single traveler, I appreciated the vibrant feel of the place.

the location is super convienent, right on the riverwalk, and the staff was really nice. the restaurant food was delish, and the view from our balcony was amazin. housekeeping was friendly and kept our room clean. we had a great time enjoying the fireworks nearby. the elevators were like a wild ride, funny but not too bad!

the mattress was worn out and gave me a backache, and valet took like forever to get our car, seriously over 50 mins.
