The views of the river walk from my balcony at Hilton Palacio del Rio were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the picturesque surroundings. The staff surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a thoughtful touch that truly made me feel valued as a guest.

The entry light motion sensor and the reading lamp in my room were a bit troublesome, causing some inconvenience during the night.

Rode the veggie wave with sublime dishes, just like cowboy legends. Our room overlooked the River Walk, offering constant charm, and breakfast was a flavor fiesta featuring an omelet bar favorite. While the bed was as rigid as a cactus, and the room shared space with a clattering pipe party, San Antonio's vibrant spirit swept us off our feet. All's well that ends well, even if the pipes had a wild dance routine of their own!

The location was exactly what I wanted, right on the River Walk. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the bed was very comfortable. While it would have been nice to have wine glasses in the room, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor loungers were perfect for relaxation, and being close to landmarks like the Briscoe Western Art Museum and the Buckhorn Saloon enhanced our family bonding experience during our visit to San Antonio.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Hilton Palacio Del Rio in San Antonio, as it was chosen by my director. The recreational amenities at the aparthotel were fantastic, as I was able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and make use of the modern fitness center. The gym featured stationary bikes, stair steppers, and treadmills, providing a diverse range of workout options to cater to different preferences and fitness levels.

The River's Edge offers the perfect place for delicious cocktails with a view. Late check-out gives me even more travel flexibility. The River's Edge Café and Patio Bar serve tasty American and South Texas cuisine.

The bed was comfortable and I loved being able to walk to attractions and restaurants. The hotel texted me before arrival to confirm and ask if I needed anything. The valet guys were quick and efficient. The staff gave great local recommendations. The rooms were spacious with big comfy beds and a large restroom. The balcony view of the Riverwalk was jaw-dropping. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. The views from the balcony were amazing. Free wifi is available for Rewards Program members. The hotel has a nice bar and three restaurants with great options. The staff helped us with affordable parking nearby. a mind-blowing experience!

I had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The location was incredible, right on the river. I loved being able to walk out of the hotel and be in the heart of everything on the Riverwalk. My friends and I had the sickest time at the Stetson Ballroom - the views of the River Walk were mega! The vibes were off the charts, and the Irish Pub was epic too. The staff was super cool and always had our backs.

We wished there was a karaoke night or a DJ at the hotel to crank the party up a notch!

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel right on the riverwalk. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the landmarks and restaurants. The rooms had balconies with stunning views of the riverwalk, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even brought us toothbrushes and toothpaste when we forgot ours. The hotel was just as impressive as when I last visited it 50 years ago. The upgrades were just right for the location, and the wifi was free if you joined the Rewards Program. I plan to return again.

The Hilton Palacio del Rio has an excellent location in Downtown San Antonio, just minutes away from popular attractions like the San Fernando de Bexar Cathedral and the Tower of the Americas. The amenities tower floor and the outdoor pool added a luxurious touch to the stay. However, the highlight for me was the beautiful view of the humongous water tower from my room, making the experience truly memorable.

The electrical outlets located above the nightstand did not hold a plug well enough to charge any of our devices. This was a minor inconvenience, but considering the overall experience, it was easily overshadowed by the hotel's numerous positive aspects.

Convenient Location Along the Riverwalk

During our stay at the Hilton, we were thrilled with the hotel's prime location right on the vibrant Riverwalk. It made exploring the city and enjoying the local restaurants incredibly convenient. We could easily walk to all the popular attractions, which made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
