He even requested help from a young woman who was equally pleasant. Good job on those hires Hampton! I hope you are providing incentives to retain employees like them. the staff overall was very helpful and nice, and the location was in a good neighborhood and close to our destination.

The value for money at Hampton Inn was great! The room was comfortable with a cozy bed and pillows, and we loved the mini kitchen and couch with ottomans. We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The entire staff was fantastic, from our late night check-in to our departure. They were extremely welcoming and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The front desk clerk, Heather, even gave us recommendations for local restaurants and a free appetizer card for my birthday. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with large, clean, and very comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast options and the friendly employees. Additionally, there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
