The beds were super comfy, and the hotel's location was perfect for shopping on 5th Ave. The courtyard was beautiful for relaxing with a cup of tea or lunch. The staff was incredible and accommodating - they even provided an extra mini fridge for our own drinks and food at no extra cost. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of St. Patrick's Cathedral and the Rockefeller Centre.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location next to St. Patrick's Cathedral was perfect, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the stunning lobby and the cocktail bar. The staff were friendly and courteous, with the Director of Beverages going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was spacious and elegantly designed, with a fabulous view of the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for anyone planning on visiting Rockefeller Center but also centrally located for any NYC activity. Plus, it's just behind the St Patrick's Cathedral and on the best shopping avenue in town. The service here is exceptional. From the moment you arrive and receive a welcome drink, the staff really go above-and-beyond to ensure guests have the best possible experience of American hospitality. They even offer champagne upon checking-in by the concierge and nothing is too much trouble at every level.

The bed at this hotel was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The location is convenient and close to transportation. The rooms are spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The room service provided is efficient and of high quality. Additionally, the chief concierge Carolyn is amazing, providing excellent recommendations and securing reservations that may otherwise be difficult to obtain. The staff, in general, is attentive and polite.

Located across from a famous cathedral, this hotel is a convenient spot for sightseeing in Midtown. Guests have raved about the gorgeous bridal suite and the emergency kit left for the bride. Some guests who hosted events here were impressed by the "professional" and "helpful" event team.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the air conditioning and service at one of the hotel's restaurants; while room service fees were surprising.
