The pool at the Royal Club was so wicked peaceful, with great service. Perfection, every meal! Got gluten-free options too which was such a relief. Max and the crew were truly attentive and made each dinner special. Can't wait to go back!

The attentive service from Marbella, who surprised us with chocolate-dipped strawberries, stood out. However, I noticed hygiene issues with food handling that raised concerns during our meals at the buffet.

The grounds were amazing and filled with wildlife like deer and monkeys. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Check-in took a long time and the room cleanliness was lacking. The restaurants had limited variety and required inconvenient reservations.

The check-in process was painfully slow, causing unnecessary stress after our long journey. We faced issues trying to get accurate information about the park due to poor organization—40 minutes wasted waiting in line for our pre-purchased tickets. Additionally, the room we received was not the one we requested, which resulted in us being separated from our friends during our stay.

Had a good time at the pools and the wildlife was a real highlight, but the food at the buffet was pretty ordinary. Getting towels was a hassle too.

Request a room on the upper levels for better views and less noise from the pools. It adds to the tranquility of your stay.

The location has stunning wildlife, with playful monkeys and colorful birds right outside our room. We loved the delicious tacos from Paco's Tacos and enjoyed swimming in the serene inlet where we could see fish. The various restaurants offer a great selection of food, like the tasty Mexican and Italian options we tried during our stay.

Getting reservations for the steakhouse was challenging since it seemed fully booked.

The property is beautiful, filled with wildlife like monkeys and macaws. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the beach restaurant, which was fantastic. The Mexican and Steak House restaurants had excellent food. The swimming pools were great and perfect for relaxation. The evening shows, especially the magic show, were impressive.

the wildlife around the resort is incredible, loved the animals everywhere! we had an awful time checking in, took forever and got frustrating.

An amazing experience,, watching wild deer and monkeys right outside our room was something else! The natural beauty and wildlife were everywhere,, I felt like I was in a nature documentary! The staff were always so friendly,, loved chatting with them, especially Francisco and Ambrosio, they really made our stay feel special.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what you get it's still acceptable.

the wildlife is incredible! ! we saw monkeys swinging in the trees and beer options for breakfast were solid. also, the pools were clean and perfect for relaxing under the sun!

The Deluxe Room was really nice with a pool view, which I loved. Super clean and well-located. The only downside was some noise from the pool area. But overall, it was comfy and felt spacious. I wish the food in the restaurants was better, though. it was kind of hit or miss.

Had such a fun time watching the monkeys play around while chilling at the pool. The steakhouse was a hit with super tasty food! But the friendly staff really made up for it!
