Historic charm. Prime location. Unmatched service. That’s the Omni in a nutshell. I enjoyed dining in the lovely restaurant and bar—food was exemplary. Breakfast was a standout, too. the property shows its age. Worn carpets, outdated furniture, and a shower system that baffled me. My room had an unfortunate scent, and accommodations felt cramped. Allergies flared due to pet hair on my luggage. I was warned about an old faucet design but left to fix it myself. Staff were redeeming, offering assistance quickly and successfully. They even refunded my destination fee. The potential is clear. With essential upgrades, this place could truly shine. For now, it’s a mixed experience taught by history but not quite living up to it.

The staff was helpful and attentive, giving us maps and recommendations. Easy walking distance to dining and attractions, made it convenient for the kids.

Perfect spot to crash after hitting The Beehive for live music and The Plough & Stars for drinks. Super easy to explore cool spots like the Mapparium, all within reach. Vibes were lit, staff was clutch!

Could use a lit rooftop party scene for us young peeps to keep the energy going! .

The absolute highlight of my stay was the incredible access to Boston's famous sites like Boston Common, just a 10-minute walk away, and the charming Boston Public Garden only a bit further along, which made my weekend strolls absolutely delightful while soaking in the city's rich history; the hotel staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived, adding to the overall positive experience with simple yet comfortable accommodations; however, the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy but didn't detract from my enjoyment.

Stunning historic building with super quiet rooms. Centrally located, tons of breakfast spots just 5 minutes away. The bed and pillows are super comfy! Friendly staff all around, amazing location, nice gym, and a cool bar. Got a room upgrade for our anniversary, plus a surprise bottle of wine and strawberries. Great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a lovely lobby.

Had a blast exploring the historic charm and friendly atmosphere. The location rocked – super close to landmarks and attractions! Plus, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, making my time there truly special.

Room felt a bit snug, not much space to sprawl out. the heating system was a noisy snoozer, and the bathroom needed a little TLC.

Although our first room was disappointing, with a strong cigarette smell and small size, the hotel's old-school charm and central location were exactly what we were looking for.

The room was clean and comfortable, with super cozy beds that made for great sleep. the climate control unit's fan was disruptive, shifting on and off unpredictably, causing frequent wake-ups. The shower felt dated; it struggled with water pressure and the mat was worn out. Although the staff was exceptionally friendly and provided bottled water, the noise from adjacent rooms was irritating. While the historical charm is notable, the room's decor seemed tired, with old carpet and tarnished fixtures. A refresh would elevate the experience, particularly for the price point.
