The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the attractions in the city. Additionally, the staff here were exceptional, especially as a Diamond member. They were attentive, accommodating, and made sure all my needs were met.

During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the attentive staff. The rooms had sufficient power sources and a functional bathroom, which made our stay convenient. The staff at the front desk were helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to key attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't appreciate. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar.

The hotel offers a convenient skyway link to various areas such as Strawberry square on level 2, and a short walk to the central business district. The rooms are well-appointed with clean and comfortable beds, while the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy their meals at the upscale steakhouse within the hotel or try some really great restaurants in the alley.

The breakfast options were limited.

The front desk staff was amazing, very attentive and accommodating. Room was clean and ready for my arrival. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
