The hotel's historical ambiance and access to downtown attractions were truly a highlight of my stay.

However, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient, costing $28 a day without any valet service to assist.

the room was dusty and badly designed, like who wants to see marks on a mirror? also, the breakfast was overpriced. i almost thought about leaving a good review, until i realized i was not offered as much as the other guests—like a welcome gift or complimentary breakfast after that ridiculous fire alarm incident. so disappointing!

Comfortable room, efficient service, and a convenient location made my stay enjoyable, especially with the good internet access and the option for easy luggage storage after checkout.

Parking fees are absurdly high, absolutely not worth the room cost!!! The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the elevators were painfully slow!!! The decor feels like it could use a refresh!!! Room cleanliness was inconsistent!!!

Had a lekker time chilling at the Chophouse, the steak was top-notch! The bar area has this cool vibe where you can just relax with a dop. The lake views were a bonus, made for some nice sundowners after a long day exploring.

Just a bit of a schlep getting around, parking was a bit pricey, but overall a jol!

This place suits me perfectly with excellent internet access, a 24-hour reception, and a great bar area. During my first stay, staff helped me navigate to my destination. I’ll definitely return for a city break.

The room was really nice, and the onsite parking made things super easy. I loved relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, it would be great if the pillows were a little more comfortable! 😊

I stayed in a Queen Room, and honestly, the bed was super comfy! The room was clean, which is a big plus. But it could use a mini-fridge. that would’ve been nice. The view was decent, and the decor had some cool historical charm. Just a bit dated overall. Still, it was cozy enough for a good night’s sleep!

The location near Fiserv Forum was fantastic for our family get-together. With a comfortable atmosphere, we enjoyed some delicious meals at the Chophouse and the sports bar. The hotel had a lovely holiday vibe, making our stay even more special!

My wife says that the room was too hot at times.

Great location and helpful staff. The bathroom was a bit small.
