Comfy beds and good location. The front desk staff made me feel very welcome and even offered me water upon my arrival, which was a nice touch. Although there were a few minor inconveniences like the lack of towels and small toilet area, I still had an enjoyable stay. I would recommend Hilton.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It was right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room had a great view of the city, and despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet. I also appreciated that the room had windows that could be opened for fresh air, a nice change from the usual stuffy hotel rooms.

One downside was that the room was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing, especially in the bathroom. Another drawback was that the beds were on the smaller side, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The Hilton in downtown was worth every penny. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. We loved the beautiful "old world" architecture and the convenient location. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the city and surrounding area. They even provided a bus shuttle to transport us to Summerfest, which was a great selling point. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the cleanliness of the rooms. We also appreciated the convenience of parking in the hotel's parking garage. The location was perfect for a great time in the Miller Time Pub, and it was nice to be able to walk the sky bridge to the convention center. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious as well.

I had a fantastic stay in downtown. Everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and fabulous pillows. The bed felt like a cloud, providing a restful night's sleep. Despite being near the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. There was hardly any noise from the halls, and the hotel was conveniently close to the interstate. The parking lot was easily accessible and only cost $25 a day.

The free Wi-Fi in our room allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant and bar/lounge area that provided delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The facilities here were outstanding, with a fitness center and a children's play area for guests to enjoy.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it was right in the center of town and close to everything we wanted to explore, including the Riverwalk. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Loved the free appetizers in the bar and the fact that we were able to check in early. , the location was great since it was close to the wedding we were attending. Carpets were clean too.

the outdated building had visible wear and tear, like locks that seemed broken, which made us feel uneasy.

As a traveler, I loved the central location of this hotel. It made it so easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions, like Marquette University, which was just a short walk away. The doorman, Greg, was amazing and always ready to help us with transportation needs or recommendations for cultural attractions. The free transportation service provided by the hotel was a great perk, and the drivers were professional and knowledgeable. The hotel also had a beautiful lobby with ornate decor and a friendly lobby dog that guests enjoyed petting. The happy hour half price specials at the Monarch Lounge were definitely worth trying, and the fruit and vegetable infused water near the elevators was a refreshing treat after a long day of sightseeing.
