Great location near restaurants, bay walk, and bayside market. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the harbor. Clean pool and well-equipped gym.

Music from the nearby roller skate rink playing past 11pm was weird. Basic food and poor service in the restaurant.

Great entrance area with stunning view of the shore. Spacious and comfy rooms. Conveniently located near the airport, metromover, bayside market, and other shops. Well-maintained area, even the downtown shopping mall is exceptional. Delicious poolside food.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. The facilities were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the lunch buffet at the on-site restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a spa and gym, which I made good use of during my stay. The outdoor restaurant provided a lively atmosphere that I enjoyed. I had a great experience staying at this hotel.

Amazing entrance, stunning shore view, great size room, comfortable, quick and easy check-in, well situated for cruise, hospitable staff, accommodating, lovely greeting, bathtub on request, late check-out, comfortable beds, great shower, good location, close to shuttle and airport, not far from South Beach, highly recommended, helpful staff, great bar and bar food, very good buffet breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous hotel near bay front park. The location was perfect, with lovely shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel had great facilities, including an on-site Starbucks. The breakfast at Ole was amazing, with friendly and attentive waitstaff. The customer service was top-notch, and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. We also loved the fact that it was easy to catch a bus into South Beach, making exploring the area a breeze. a wonderful experience for our family with 2 small kids.

The hotel is conveniently located near various Miami sights and has easy access to freeways. There are also tram services nearby that take you to other parts of the city, such as South Beach and Dolphin Mall. The rooms were generally comfortable and relaxing, also the staff at the bar and Starbucks showed exceptional service.

There were issues with the front desk staff who were not attentive and did not prioritize guests.

The pillows were nice and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the downtown area and public transportation. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We had a horrible experience with one particular staff member at the pool named James. His attitude was extremely unpleasant and it completely ruined our day and overall experience at the hotel. We were very disappointed with this kind of service and it made us rethink our decision to bring our families and friends to this property in the future.

During my recent stay, I was blown away by how great this place was. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to freeways and close to many sights. The service was exceptional with staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, including Carlos and Guillermo on the Bell Desk who provided excellent service. The room amenities were outstanding with everything I could possibly need from tea and coffee facilities to an in-room safe. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight of my stay with a wonderful heated swimming pool and a variety of treatments to choose from. I couldn’t have asked for a more luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional and unforgettable stay.

This hotel has a great value for the prices charged, with all comforts and basic amenities. The rooms are spacious and the very large bathrooms have beautiful views of the Cruise Port. The hotel’s location is also great, near many sights in the area with good access to freeways if you have a car. The breakfast offers something for every taste, which is included in the rates charged.

The hotel could work on updating the rooms and improving cleaning and maintenance, but overall it was ok.

Our stay at the Intercontinental in downtown Miami was fantastic! We were there for a weekend getaway and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown and was super easy to find. The parking was also a breeze, which is rare in downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and even offered us a late checkout, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself is very modern and the art show they had going on was beautiful to see. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for the price paid, the room was spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect for taking leisurely walks and exploring the nearby area. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt welcomed and taken care of.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

My stay at Intercontinental was for the weekend of Art Basel. The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, and spa, were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the MetroMover, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Bayside Mall and American Airlines Arena. The entertainment in the lobby at night, like Toro Toro, was enjoyable, and Ole offered an amazing breakfast. The hotel's beautiful decor and lovely Christmas decorations added to the overall experience. The staff was attentive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Miami for a pre-cruise stay and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was amazing, with beautiful views of the city and the nearby Bayfront Park. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and comfy beds. I also enjoyed the convenience of having access to the club lounge, where I could enjoy snacks, drinks, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving a small issue with our key cards. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami.
