comfy stay with some quirks

Had a good time! The bed was super comfy and the staff were really friendly. Location's on point, plus the breakfast and bar were great. Only thing was the bathroom felt kinda outdated and the shower head was weak, which was a bummer after a long day. Parking was also a bit tight.

The staff was great. The couple of maintenance issues were handled promptly and their communication was good. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. AC worked great. Mary Lo was very helpful and polite. She was very knowledgeable about the Sacramento areas and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely come back again. Appreciate that it's dog friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast from the on-site restaurant and was super excited there was a bar and market area. Made things very simple and so we wouldn't have to leave the property if we didn't want to. The view from our room was nice. And on July 4, had a panoramic view of a skyline of fireworks. Very happy with the price.

The holiday decorations were beautiful and really added to the festive atmosphere during our Christmas stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel offered free parking, which saved us money.

Our room was not as clean as we had hoped. There were some stains on the bedspread, and the shower had hair stuck to the walls.

Great concierge floor amenities, delicious breakfast and evening appetizers, friendly staff, convenient location for wedding and downtown.

I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel in Sacramento for a wedding. The hotel was conveniently located near the wedding venue and not far from downtown. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even though the hotel was busy due to a nearby evacuation order. The food we ordered from the hotel's bar was delicious and the wait staff were friendly. As a Hilton gold member, I appreciated that breakfast was complimentary. The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived early. the employees we encountered were all very friendly and provided great service.

Great location close to conference center and business areas. the concierge floor had an amazing breakfast and evening appetizers, with a wide variety of food options including fresh fruit, cheese, and meats. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the food delivered to our room was delicious.

The pool was a bit cold and the poolside decor could use improvement. the initial room we were assigned was hot, and although we were provided with another room upon request, both rooms had questionable bedding with stains and dirt.

The front desk staff during my entire stay was friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

During my recent stay at Hilton Arden West, I was thrilled with the convenient access to tickets for the fair at the front desk. Avoiding the long lines at the fair made our experience much more enjoyable. Additionally, the shuttle service provided to and from the fair was a great perk. The exceptional service from our server Marshall also stood out, as he truly went above and beyond to make our late night meal with our tired baby stress-free. I highly recommend Hilton Arden West for their helpfulness and attentive staff.
