The hotel boasts impressive recreational facilities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and a full Spa offering an array of treatments. The fitness center was well-equipped and provided a great space for a quick workout before starting my busy day. The swimming pool was also a refreshing retreat after a long day of meetings.

Undertrained staff and incorrect billing.

The Market provides a flexible alternative to all-day dining. During my stay, I indulged in their delicious California fare. The locally-sourced ingredients truly elevated the dining experience. It was like having a culinary adventure through the streets of San Francisco within the comfort of the hotel.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the vibrant Chinatown and Union Square near the hotel. We enjoyed the lively jazz scene and amazing international cuisine. The hotel's location made it so easy to dive into California's rich culture and history while having a blast shopping and hanging out at comedy clubs.

It would be even better if the hotel could organize some cool social events for young guests, like a DJ night or a fun game room. That would take the whole stay to the next level for party-loving teens like us!

Attended a trade show and chose this hotel for its convenient location within walking distance of the Moscone Convention Center, Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street, and the Embarcadero. The close proximity made it easy to navigate the city and attend business events without any hassles.

The only service I missed for my work was a complimentary shuttle to the convention center, which would have been a nice addition to the overall convenience of the stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The large desk and the outstanding bay view made it a pleasure to get work done.

The minor drawback was the outdated aspects of the room, such as the lack of a refrigerator, which seemed odd for a hotel catering to business travelers.
