The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out they made us feel so welcome and gave us exceptional service. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for including free Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a beautiful view of the city. The hotel also had a bar area in the lobby, which was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

Rooms are on the smaller side with only a double bed available. Thin walls make it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

We stayed at an Autograph Collection hotel in midtown east and had a great experience. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Plaza, and 5th Avenue shops. the room, while not large, was a decent size for New York and very comfortable. the lobby was always bustling with activity and we were able to leave our suitcases there while we waited to check in. And having a Starbucks right under the hotel was convenient for our morning coffee fix.
