I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer in our suite, although the neighbors' cooking smells were unpleasant. The beautiful grounds made up for the dirty carpets and 'hard sell' tactics. Despite check-in delays, our previous stay, fully equipped 2-bedroom suite, and convenient location near attractions made our visit enjoyable.

The communication between the guest services and maintenance team was lacking during our stay. It took numerous calls and hours of waiting to get the balcony cleared of spider webs and address a refrigerator issue, impacting our overall experience.
