Excellent location near art galleries and shopping. Room had a lot of visible stains on the carpet that were alarming.

The room was spacious and modern, with all the essentials like a fridge, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The location is super convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the center. Coffee at the art bar was great. The staff were friendly, and the fitness centre was a nice bonus. Super clean too!

This hotel is just a short stroll from Rittenhouse Square, Reading Terminal Market, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, making it so easy for me to soak in the vibrant city vibe while discovering excellent local restaurants and cafes along the way, plus the staff were friendly, the gym was clean, and the room was very comfortable; however, the bathroom could use some attention for a truly perfect stay.

The room was beautifully renovated, spacious, and exceptionally clean. I appreciated the automatic upgrade to a twin bedroom, which was located away from elevator noise. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space comfortable. The beds were cozy but not overly luxurious, aligning with my expectations at this price point. the view was unremarkable. The revolving door was unusually confined, causing confusion when accessing the elevator. I forgot my iPad, yet it was promptly returned. The coffee shop lacked appeal, both in ambiance and food options, detracting from the overall experience.

Nadia at the front desk provided exceptional service, accommodating our early check-in and late check-out like a pro. Rooftop pool and hip bar were nice touches, but the coffee shop lacked appeal. Limited breakfast options. A Danish and yogurt felt inadequate. Instructions upon check-in were lacking. Elevators depended on room keys, leaving us in the dark at first. The room had a musty smell, likely due to ventilation issues. Valet service was delayed, and a busy street environment raised safety concerns after dark. With more attention to details, this could be a top-notch stay.
