I keep coming back for my holiday. First time, staff helped find my lost car keys. Perfect place with Wi, Fi, rooftop pool, fitness center, and flat. 24, hour reception and no pets. Everything I need , laundry, lift, cookware, video games. No smoking.

Our family had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations in a spacious apartment-style room. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms were a plus. the Mardi Gras themed welcome added a fun touch upon arrival, making us feel right at home.

The apartment style room we booked offered ample space for our family during our Thanksgiving vacation. the location was superb as we were within walking distance of the French Quarter and had easy access to public transportation.

The constant marketing calls and requests were oppressive and unnecessary. It felt like we were called down to reception just to be given sales talks, and we received countless phone calls, including early in the morning in our room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the French Quarter and the Green streetcar. The reception area was lovely and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The apartment-style rooms were spacious and ideal for a young family, with well-appointed kitchens and bathrooms. The Mardi Gras themed welcome added a fun touch to our stay.

The concierge at the hotel was pushy and rude, trying to pressure us into attending a presentation that we had declined multiple times. This made for an uncomfortable and unwelcome experience during our stay.
