Breakfast was a delightful surprise

The location is ideal for exploring the island, and the friendly staff made every interaction enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious variety at breakfast, from fresh fruit to tasty pastries.

However, the hotel is in need of some renovations, as there were signs of wear in the bathrooms, which took away from the overall experience. Some areas lacked deep cleaning, and the Wi-Fi could be improved.

i thought i was going to a classy place, but i was greeted by a door open with tape, how charming. moldy shower caulk, really? i also expected a room upgrade for my troubles. but i could only find disappointment at every corner.

the hallway on the second floor had a huge stain where someone must've puked (eww! ). the staff were friendly, the breakfast bar had plenty of options, and the location was super convenient for exploring the island!

Can't say enough 'bout how sweet the staff were. That front desk lady helped us when the elevator broke down! Had a real comfy room, and breakfast was downright good too. Just a lil' outdated, but the folks keep it clean. That swimming pool looked mighty inviting! Wish they had more fresh towels though.

the holiday inn express was clean and conveniently located for exploring the area by car. the breakfast offered plenty of options, and the staff was very friendly, which really made our stay enjoyable. it was perfect for our family trip as we were able to enjoy some beach time and local attractions easily.

i had a great stay at holiday inn express! the staff was super friendly, and they accommodated my late check-out request without a hassle. the location is perfect, close to everything for a lovely beach vacation. plus, the breakfast had a really cool automatic pancake maker that I enjoyed.

but the room could use some updating.

holiday inn express was a delightful spot! the front desk lady was amazing and super helpful when there were issues with the elevator. we loved how close it was to shops and restaurants – everything was just a short walk away. breakfast was tasty, and the staff kept everything tidy during our stay.

The room was pretty spacious with comfortable beds, which was a plus. However, there was a musty smell when I first walked in, and I found a used washcloth in the shower—yikes! The furniture seemed dated, and the USB ports were super limited. The only highlight was the breakfast staff who were really attentive. It was a decent place but needs some cleaning attention.
