I faced significant issues during my stay, such as being charged incorrectly at check-in, which left me feeling misled and frustrated. The staff seemed condescending when I tried to address the charges, making me feel uncomfortable as a guest. Despite some positives, these errors cast a shadow over my overall experience, making me hesitant to recommend this hotel.

the entrance was a maze, dark and confusing. how hard could it be to have proper signage? and don't even get me started on the shuttle service, which seemed to be MIA. as a guest, i expected at least a small upgrade or gift for my trouble, but clearly, this place is not equipped to cater to discerning tastes like mine.

It’s very open and airy, and very clean. Lots of natural light. It has a really great atmosphere and it’s kept up well.

The room was spacious and super comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I loved the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace for relaxing. Only downside was the Wi-Fi could have been a bit stronger, but that didn't ruin my stay. 😊

During my stay, I really appreciated how close the San Clemente State Beach was, just a short stroll away, allowing me to enjoy the ocean views and sandy shores without any hassle. also, being near San Gorgonio Park meant I could easily take a peaceful walk among the trees and green spaces, making my weekend feel like a perfect escape in the heart of the city.

But my food was almost a science experiment due to the fridge's performance. And if I had a dollar for every time I bumped my head on the door frame, I could've paid for a spa day!
