I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in downtown Spokane for a weekend getaway with my partner. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The highlight was definitely the amazing shower heads - the water pressure and temperature control were perfect. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cute touch of the washcloth tied up like a mini-teddy bear holding chocolates on the bed. it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

As adults, we thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and professional staff at the front counter. They went above and beyond by wrapping our gifts for a wedding reception while we got ready. The hotel had a clean and comfortable room, and we appreciated the small dinner option on select days. The staff, especially Joliet, made us feel welcome and always had a smile on their faces. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to downtown and enjoy the beautiful view from the patio.

It was also conveniently close to Gonzaga and Washington State Universities.

Inconvenient Business Center: The computer in the business center was slow, and the printer was out of ink. The evening manager could have been more proactive in addressing these issues instead of offering an alternative that didn't work for us.

Convenient Location: the hotel is located minutes away from Riverfront Park and the large North Town Mall, making it easy to explore the city and find places to eat.

Limited Handicapped Parking: the hotel had very limited handicapped parking spaces, which were both taken during our stay. This made it frustrating and challenging for me to find suitable parking, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

The breakfast was tasty and they even offered an egg white omelette for those watching cholesterol. Great room on the 4th floor with a wonderful view. Comfy room with everything we needed. Extremely soft and comfortable pillows, mattress, and sheets. The staff was so nice, providing great customer service. The staff member in charge of breakfast was amazing. The cookies, milk, and coffee offered at the end of the day were a special treat. Convenient location for karaoke and casinos.

The hotel itself looks like a dream castle sitting on a rock, adding to its charm. It was easy to reach the Riverfront Park and explore the old downtown area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast offered exceeded my expectations, with a variety of options to choose from.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a concert and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent service. Despite the pouring rain and flooding in town, the hotel offered us a ride to the venue and even arranged for a pick-up after the concert. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Shelby at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist us with printing and faxing important documents. We felt well taken care of during our stay.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was top-notch, cozy and felt like home. The location was convenient and the staff treated me like royalty. Seriously, they went above and beyond!

One thing that could've made the morning meal even better is if they had a wider variety of breakfast options.
