The hotel had nice size suites and the staff provided great service. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold options.

The hotel could use some updates, particularly in the bathroom where there were peeling and bubbling on the ceiling. Furthermore, the room quality was slightly disappointing for the price paid.

First off, I must say that the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to use the pool and hot tub even though we arrived late. Our suite was quiet and comfortable, and we were impressed with the level of respect shown towards our service dog. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were always helpful and courteous.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites and I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable suite room. The kitchen and amenities were a nice touch. The gym had well-maintained equipment, although there was a shortage of clean towels. I highly recommend this hotel for its great accommodations and pleasant stay.

They were quick to respond to any issues or requests that we had during our stay. the hotel was also conveniently located, making it easy for us to get to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, the pool was a nice bonus and provided a fun way to relax after a long day.

Our room was not up to par. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dirty dishes on the counter and a stained carpet.

It's a great location for exploring the area - there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel dining area is a nice place to cool off after a day at the zoo, and it's so close to the conference center.

The furniture in the room is a little worn, but overall it's not a big issue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Omaha. The location was excellent, close to the Old Market, the airport, and the zoo. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a kitchen in the room and a dining area. The complimentary breakfast was always really good, and there was someone constantly keeping it stocked and warm. The staff was exceptional, especially the front desk team who made me feel welcome upon check-in. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to most places, which was convenient for exploring the city.
