The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and are super clean. There’s a free shuttle to the airport which makes everything easy.

The hotel offers a fantastic free shuttle service to and from the airport, making my arrival and departure super easy, and it's just a short 10-15 minute drive from Tom Bradley International Terminal; I enjoyed a brisk walk to Randy's Donuts, a famous LA landmark with the huge donut on the roof, located about 30 minutes to the north, and the park-like atmosphere of Del Aire Park, which is around 3 km away, was perfect for relaxing walks; there are also quick dining options right in front, like a McDonald's for a fast bite and even an on-site restaurant for something heartier, so everything felt pretty accessible, but the hotel could improve by ensuring all rooms are cleaned to a higher standard.

The front desk staff were mostly quick and professional. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The fitness center looked nice too. Great location near the airport and car rentals. Dinner at the bar was awesome. Drinks were top-notch, and the service was solid.

The Holiday Inn LAX offers a clean, cozy atmosphere with a fantastic location close to the airport and nearby amenities like McDonald's and rental car services. The staff were accommodating, assisting with unexpected situations. Despite some noise issues, it’s a solid choice for travelers seeking convenience.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed that made sleeping easy. The temperature control was efficient, allowing for a perfect atmosphere. there were not enough towels for four guests; we received only three large towels. Noise from outside in the morning was disruptive, waking us earlier than desired. The decor was pleasant, contributing to a cozy feel. Unfortunately, two personal items went missing during our stay, and the follow-up on that was lacking. the room had potential but needed more attention to detail and guest services.

My room was super comfy, and the blackout windows helped me sleep like a baby! The breakfast buffet was so delicious, and Robert and Jose made it truly memorable with their kindness and magic tricks. Plus, the heated outdoor pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a long travel day!

I was really frustrated when the airport shuttle zoomed right past me, even though I was waving. After waiting forever, I ended up taking a $55 cab. The hotel promised to reimburse me, but I'm still waiting. Total letdown!
