I recently stayed at Omni Hotel At The Battery for a concert at the Roxy. The location was fantastic, with a great view of the baseball game happening nearby. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and the room was comped due to some issues. Despite the busyness, the hotel still offered a wonderful pool and terrace. I appreciate that they genuinely care about their guests' experience and ask for feedback. it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Omni for one night after a Braves game and it was the perfect location, just outside the stadium. The hotel itself was luxurious with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. The vallet parking was a nice perk, and it was a relief to not have to deal with traffic after the game. It's definitely the most luxurious place I've ever stayed at!

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel near the ball field. The location couldn't be beat - it was so close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at the Battery. Plus, it was just a short walk to the Coca Cola Roxy where I attended a show. The convenience was definitely worth the price. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, from the comfortable bed to the excellent room amenities. I especially appreciated the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping options. The staff was friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. I can't wait to return to this luxurious hotel.

It was just a short walk from the hotel to the venue, making it incredibly convenient. The pricing was reasonable for the value of being so close to the entertainment hub. Plus, it meant not having to pay for parking if I wanted to go to a game at SunTrust Park. The hotel room itself was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a Nespresso machine, a full-length mirror, and a large shower with a rainfall showerhead. The staff was also very accommodating.

The lack of breakfast was disappointing and check-in with the valet was messy. No baggage carts were available but we managed. The car was not ready for check-out and the valet parked far away. The staff was polite and professional, which helped smooth things over. The views from the pool were stunning and the location was convenient.

The hotel was lacking in some areas. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with evidence of previous guests left behind. Additionally, the noise level was high, making it difficult to sleep at times. Staff communication regarding amenities and charges was also confusing and inconsistent.
