We stayed at Holiday Inn in Lumberton for an overnight connection drive. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the relatively new furniture added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The staff, especially the desk receptionist, went above and beyond in terms of customer service. We felt welcomed and appreciated, with the receptionist offering us membership to the Holiday Inn loyalty program. The hotel's location, close to the I-95 exit, was convenient for our travel needs.

We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Lumberton. The location was incredibly convenient, right off the exit from 95. The staff, especially Loraine at the front desk, were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs as a large group with children and a handicap guest. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary grand slam breakfast coupons and the helpful staff at the attached Denny's restaurant. we had a great experience.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The room had a musty smell, possibly due to the damp weather and the age of the hotel.
