The view from the room was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the city. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was also convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing shower. Secondly, the hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of some renovations, particularly the pool area which appeared neglected.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel located in a quiet area in Beverly Hills. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and cozy bedding. The bathroom was large and comfortable with a separate soaking tub and excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel offered a Rolls Royce house car and had a pool with heated water. The restaurant served delicious Italian cuisine and the staff provided excellent customer service. We can't wait to return!

The hotel doesn't have an LA style restaurant for dinner, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

The location is excellent, with a complimentary limo service. The service is tailored and customized to each guest's need. The staff, including Daniel, Zack, and April, are all excellent and helpful. Proximity to everything, balcony views, expedient valet, punctual room service, friendly staff.

As a tourist, I loved the very comfortable bed and having a pillow menu. The hotel's location is great, very close to many great restaurants and only a 5-minute drive from Rodeo Drive.

The food from room service was not satisfying and lacked taste. The pool area was often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a sunbed.

The staff did not inform me about the high parking charges until a few days before my checkout, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the room service food was below average, especially the breakfast.

Incredibly Attentive Service

The welcome amenity was amazing - bubbly and chocolates that looked too good to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful, almost made up for the location. The shower was fantastic, it was huge and powerful.

The location was far from everything and the streets were dirty and rundown. The hotel was trying hard to be luxurious, but it fell short in some areas.
