We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel located in a quiet area in Beverly Hills. The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and cozy bedding. The bathroom was large and comfortable with a separate soaking tub and excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel offered a Rolls Royce house car and had a pool with heated water. The restaurant served delicious Italian cuisine and the staff provided excellent customer service. We can't wait to return!

The hotel doesn't have an LA style restaurant for dinner, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

The staff is very nice, capable, and excellent at providing warm and sincere welcomes. The facilities are luxurious with a classic neo-victorian style. The location is excellent, with a complimentary limo service. The service is tailored and customized to each guest's need. The staff, including Daniel, Zack, and April, are all excellent and helpful. Proximity to everything, balcony views, expedient valet, punctual room service, friendly staff, Bose iPod adaptor, blackout drapes, and spacious rooms are some of the highlights.

The hotel had a great pool area with a fantastic outdoor restaurant. The Sunday brunch was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. my experience at this hotel during Christmas was mixed. While I enjoyed the pool and the Sunday brunch, the service and the parking charges left a lot to be desired.

I was really disappointed with the service and the parking charges. The staff did not inform me about the high parking charges until a few days before my checkout, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the room service food was below average, especially the breakfast. I didn't feel like I got good value for my money.

The welcome amenity was amazing - bubbly and chocolates that looked too good to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful, almost made up for the location. The shower was fantastic, it was huge and powerful.

The location was far from everything and the streets were dirty and rundown. The hotel was trying hard to be luxurious, but it fell short in some areas.

When it came to dining, we had an amazing experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food at Culina was absolutely superb, especially for a vegetarian like myself. The chefs showcased their expertise by preparing dishes using authentic Italian techniques passed down from the head chef's mother. It was truly a delightful culinary experience.
