Bugs were crawling around in the room, especially on the ground floor. the lobby furniture made us itchy, and the air conditioning made a loud noise, making it hard to sleep.

the buffet breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh milk and infused water. the 24/7 coffee service was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the saltwater pool is a true delight with great music playing. the staff's service was outstanding, we particularly appreciated the late check-out time, and the private facilities were truly exclusive.

Despite this small problem, the hotel staff was always helpful and friendly.

The staff was amazing, allowing us to check in early for a small fee, and the room had everything we needed, including extra bedding and towels.
