We loved everything about our stay at the hotel! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to assist us. The front desk personnel were efficient and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. The room size and the bathroom were both spacious and clean. We also enjoyed dining at The Spread restaurant, despite the long line, as the food was delicious. Additionally, the spa was a great place to relax, and the massage we received was worth every penny. The hotel is conveniently connected to various amenities, allowing us to shop, play, and have dinner without ever leaving the premises.

A Relaxing Getaway with Beautiful Rooms and Great Service

During our stay at the newly renovated hotel, we were impressed by the clean and spacious rooms. The shower was well-designed and the nature view added a nice touch. We enjoyed the grab and go food options on the boat, which exceeded our expectations. Although the optional breakfast bar was a bit pricy, the value for money at the grab and go made up for it. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many aspects. the value for money was exceptional. Unlike other casinos in the area, this hotel offers competitive prices without compromising on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. From the stylish rooms with toiletries to the hot showers with a beautiful view, every aspect was carefully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. The variety of options and the delicious flavors provided a great start to the day.

Close working ice machine. Friendly and accommodating maids. Easy check-in process. Great gift shop in the lobby. Nice little gym and nature trail outside. Awesome steakhouse with delicious food and friendly staff. Dealers and floor staff at the casino are welcoming and friendly. Impressive selection of table games and a poker room. New Sports Book is a hit. Professional and friendly staff. had a great time and highly recommend it.

The casino is currently undergoing construction which made for a messy walk. Limited options and poor quality food in the food court.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. The buffet at the hotel had a fantastic spread of food, with something for everyone. The location was perfect, with multiple casinos nearby. We also enjoyed the view of the Ohio River from the outside decks of the riverboat attached to the hotel.

Can't fault anything about it!

I recently had a quick getaway at this hotel and overall, it was a decent stay. The lobby and hotel were clean, and I appreciated that there wasn't too much of a smoke smell. The room itself was average, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were all provided. The location of this hotel is perfect when commuting from Louisville, and they had clear signs and helpful staff to guide you to any place you desired within the hotel complex. Additionally, breakfast was okay and the price was reasonable at $14.99.

The only downside was that the blow dryer in the room was worthless.

The rooms were very clean and well, maintained, which was a great start to my two, day vacation. Additionally, the staff at Binion's was absolutely fabulous, providing attentive and helpful service during my dining experience. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the convenient location, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the lack of cleanliness in the stairway from the parking garage into the hotel. This made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The best aspects of my stay were the comfort of the bed and the friendly and helpful staff. The bed provided a fantastic night's sleep, ensuring that I woke up feeling well-rested and refreshed. The staff, both at the casino and the hotel, were incredible. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed, even though I had made a last-minute booking. In particular, Dianna at Smoke & Rye and Ivy the concierge stood out with their exceptional service. The location was also great, as it was in the Indy area and close to the airport, where I felt treated better during security checks. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were also commendable.
