The chalet at Volcano Village was stunning and exceeded our expectations. We were amazed by the beautiful view from our first-floor room overlooking the carp pond. The proximity to Volcano National Park was a huge plus for us, as we are adventure seekers who love exploring nature. The room itself was one of the best we've ever stayed in, especially considering its affordable price. It had everything we could ask for, including a microwave, coffee machine, hot tub, and a comfortable bed. The living room and TV were also great additions to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Clean & comfortable rooms. the room was beautifully designed and felt like a treehouse in a rainforest. the bathroom was uniquely done with stone and had a large shower with dual shower heads. It was a wonderful experience to stay in such a unique place.

Challenging check, in process. the limited check, in time frame and the requirement to drive to a different location for check, in was a bit inconvenient.

Stayed at a rainforest hotel, walked to Bay Front & learned about eruptions at Jagger Museum. Explored the diverse Volcanoes National Park hiking paths. Hawaii truly is a tropical paradise!

The location was excellent, right next to a famous national park, saving us from long daily drives. the cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, and friendly staff made our experience memorable.

The room had heaters for the cool nights, and it was well-equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby convenience store that supplied basic food and snacks. The hotel staff deserves kudos for their great response and quick repair of our broken reading lamp.
