Had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and quiet with no airport noise. Enjoyed the free shuttle, which was convenient for airport transfers. Although there was no vending machine or snack shop after 8pm, the bar had good food options. Overall I had a good time and will recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Westin. The staff, especially the restaurant hostess, made us feel at home and provided exceptional hospitality. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The frequent shuttle bus to the airport was a convenient feature. it was a clean and comfortable stay.

The location was convenient, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful. The staff were friendly and the dining facilities had a reasonable lunch menu. The spa and pool area provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere for unwinding.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of this hotel, being close to the airport and offering easy access to transportation. The fact that they provided comfortable beds made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Additionally, the friendly and supportive staff made sure to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

There were a few aspects that I found disappointing. the parking situation was inconvenient, with no attendant and a lack of monitoring in the open lot.

I had a fantastic experience here. The location was perfect with everything I needed close by. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable during my stay. I loved the welcome fruit-infused water at the reception, and the room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe.

As someone with physical handicaps, I truly appreciated the helpfulness of Raymond, the front manager, and the amazing valet service who held the door for me every time. The staff also opened the ballroom for me to set up prior to the wedding event, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfy, with a very comfortable bed and a weighted blanket. I liked the unique shower head with a handheld option, as well as the generously sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. The hotel's location is perfect, and they even offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, with a friendly driver who could speak Chinese to me.

Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport every 15 minutes, with clear instructions on where to catch it. Room décor was pleasant and everything in the room worked. Upgraded coffee service in the room was a nice touch. Checking in and out was easy and the hotel was very clean. The front desk check-in staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering a room with a view at no extra cost.

There was a lack of communication between the bell staff, reception, and restaurant. The valet and bell cart staff were nowhere to be found upon arrival.

The staff were expedient and helpful, providing a wake-up call and shuttle times. The room was quiet, with a heavenly bed. The Chinese/Japanese lady who cleaned the room was professional. The salmon bagel for breakfast was terrific. The shower head was "Off the Hook". Free valet parking was provided when the lot was full.

It saved me from a stressful drive in traffic and made my journey much more enjoyable. The bed and linen were top-notch, ensuring a great night's sleep. The proximity to the airport was convenient, and the shuttle driver was friendly. The front desk lady went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the staff's excellent service was evident when they found and held onto our forgotten clothing without expecting a tip.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was exceptional, with its close proximity to the airport and Bart. This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for travelers. The shuttle service is a plus, as it makes transportation to and from the airport hassle-free. The little park opposite the hotel offers a nice green space to relax in, while the Bay area is just a short drive away.

Sadly, the pricing for the parking and restaurant was high, reducing the overall value of the stay.

The Westin in Millbrae was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, especially being near the airport. The staff treated me like family and made me feel right at home.
