breakfast was too expensive and the wifi was slow and required a membership. we could hear the neighbors clearly, and the shower wouldn't stop dripping.

Had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and quiet with no airport noise. Enjoyed the free shuttle, which was convenient for airport transfers. Although there was no vending machine or snack shop after 8pm, the bar had good food options. Overall I had a good time and will recommend.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of this hotel, being close to the airport and offering easy access to transportation. the fact that they provided comfortable beds made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Additionally, the friendly and supportive staff made sure to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

There were a few aspects that I found disappointing. the parking situation was inconvenient, with no attendant and a lack of monitoring in the open lot.

The shuttle service to the airport was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable during my stay. I loved the welcome fruit-infused water at the reception, and the room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe.

As someone with physical handicaps, I truly appreciated the helpfulness of Raymond, the front manager, and the amazing valet service who held the door for me every time. The staff also opened the ballroom for me to set up prior to the wedding event, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfy, with a very comfortable bed and a weighted blanket. I liked the unique shower head with a handheld option, as well as the generously sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. The hotel's location is perfect, and they even offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, with a friendly driver who could speak Chinese to me.

Upgraded coffee service in the room was a nice touch. Checking in and out was easy and the hotel was very clean. the front desk check-in staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering a room with a view at no extra cost.

There was a lack of communication between the bell staff, reception, and restaurant. the valet and bell cart staff were nowhere to be found upon arrival.

The staff were expedient and helpful, providing a wake-up call and shuttle times. The room was quiet, with a heavenly bed. The Chinese/Japanese lady who cleaned the room was professional. The salmon bagel for breakfast was terrific. The shower head was "Off the Hook". Free valet parking was provided when the lot was full.

Lastly, the staff's excellent service was evident when they found and held onto our forgotten clothing without expecting a tip.
