Loved the modern and spacious rooms, with clean and new linens. the pillows were amazing! the hotel's decor was also a plus. Really enjoyed the location, it was convenient and offered a shuttle to the beach. the entire staff was great and provided quick responses to any issues.

The lack of a microwave in the room and the small refrigerator were a downside. the chairs in the room were too small and flimsy, and the desk chair was prone to tipping over easily.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the stylish design and layout of the hotel. the decor was cool and unique, adding a touch of charm to our experience. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach, which was just a short shuttle ride away. It was great to have the option of easily accessing the gorgeous beach and enjoying the sun and sand.

One aspect that we were disappointed with was the lack of direct beach access. Although the shuttle service was a great perk, we expected to be able to simply walk across the street to the beach, especially considering the prices we paid.

We also liked that there was an indoor pool for when we needed a break from the sun. the location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. we had a great experience and would consider staying here again on our next city trip.

One of the downsides was that there wasn't a microwave in the room or in a public location, which made it challenging for us as we were traveling with an infant. Another drawback was that breakfast was not complimentary, although there was a restaurant in the hotel.

The location of this hotel is subpar, as it isn't really close to any restaurants or bars, but there are public beaches with free parking close by. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The service is friendly, but nothing exceptional. The breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, there are no great views, as the hotel is not right on the beach, but just down the road.

The hotel has a big problem with cleanliness, as guests have reported finding hair in the shower from previous guests and towels missing from their room upon check-in.

The facility was very clean and modern, with beautiful colors and a comfortable lobby. The location was unbeatable, just a short shuttle ride or quick drive to the beach. The pool was stunning and the weight room was great. The food at the restaurant was outstanding as well. we had a top-notch experience at this hotel.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the pool bar not being connected to any pool, which seemed like a design flaw. The price for a standard non-beachfront room was quite high, and there were some noise and light issues in the room due to the lack of soundproofing.

The attention to detail was impeccable, especially in the rooms on the 4th floor with the balcony for a gulf view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location was perfect - just a short walk down the street to the public access on the opposite side of the street, right on the beach.

We loved the nautical themed hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location on a main road was central to many shops and restaurants, and it was close to the beach and hiking trails. The hotel was really clean and modern. The attached Southern Grind restaurant and gift shop, with ice cream, was a great addition. The parking was free, and the wifi was reliable. our stay was enjoyable and convenient.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Gulf Shores and it was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff treated us with great hospitality and professionalism, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My Xmas getaway was great! I loved that they had free breakfast every morning and happy hour drinks every evening, it really helped me save some money. the location was perfect, I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to go to. the beach view from my room was breathtaking, and I could easily hear the sound of the waves crashing, making it relaxing and soothing.

One of the elevators was out of service, which caused long wait times and some frustration, especially during peak times. the room had a weird smell, like it was damp or something, but it wasn't too bad once I got used to it.
