The welcoming staff made us feel at home, especially during breakfast by the pool. The hotel's prime location near Main Street allowed for easy exploration and enjoyable dining options just steps away.

The staff was incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out and made our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast included a variety of options, and we loved the large indoor and outdoor pools with a lovely hot tub area. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to shops and restaurants.

It would have been nice to have a bathroom hook for towels and a full-length mirror.

the sliding door to the balcony is an absolute nightmare, completely stuck and a huge safety hazard. i thought i would at least get an upgrade for my inconvenience, but sadly that woudl ve been too much to ask for. honestly, the outdated showers are practically a museum exhibit. almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

staying here was a fantastic experience as I could easily stroll to Main Street Hyannis, which was just a few steps away, and also enjoyed the lovely walks along Lewis Bay Beach, making my weekend city explorations even more fulfilling.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how the location made it easy to explore the area. I had a lovely time at the nearby harbor, where I planned a ferry trip to Nantucket. The reception staff proved helpful when I needed to check alternative plans due to a canceled whale watching trip. The warm atmosphere reminded me of family in Italy, which added comfort to my experience.

the staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. unfortunately, the room had a leak that made a large puddle in the night.

The bathrooms could use more counter space for toiletries!!! WiFi connectivity was spotty, making it easy to feel cut off!!! The indoor pool would be better if it was warmer, especially for families!!! The coffee maker needs servicing to avoid issues from previous guest use!!!

We loved our time here as a big family of seven. The indoor pool was a hit, and the staff was fantastic, even packing us breakfast for our early ferry to the nearby harbor, just a short walk away for a fun day trip.

My kids wished for more options at breakfast.

i had a great stay at travel inn. the location was perfect, super close to public transport from boston, making day trips easy. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when assisting with my travel plans. my room was spacious and clean, which made my solo trip feel comfortable and safe.

this place is super close to the beach and main street, making it easy to explore. rooms are really spacious and always clean. They got a fridge which is a nice touch. the staff is so friendly and helpful, they make ya feel right at home. loved chillin by the outdoor pool, it's amazing! breakfast options were plenty and they kept refilling everything real quick.

Consider asking for a room with a fridge if you need to keep snacks or drinks cool during your stay, as they are available but not guaranteed in every room.
