Traveling to visit my daughter, I stayed at Hyatt House. the hotel's location is perfect, well-maintained, and pet-friendly. the staff at the bar, Craig and Kim, created a lively atmosphere, and the breakfast selection was impressive. the room layout was unique with a spacious sitting area, kitchen, and a large TV. the kindness of the staff, from front desk to cleaning crew, stood out.

The rooms were spacious, equipped with a kitchen, and featured a large swivel TV. the breakfast spread was delicious and diverse. the location was convenient for my business trip, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

There were occasional delays with the elevator due to high traffic from guests attending events at the nearby Yum Center. Some inconsistency with housekeeping service led to needing to request fresh towels and encountering less-than-friendly staff in that area.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and hotel facilities. the breakfast had a wonderful selection with made-to-order pancakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Nothing to improve on.

I always stay here for an easy trip. Staff found my lost bracelet once. Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, picnic area, fitness center. Perfect for me. Coming back soon.

Loved the stylish and fresh lobby, friendly staff, and well-designed and immaculate room. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a perfectly sized shower. The bed was comfortable and the pantry area was well-equipped. The sofa was incredibly cozy. The breakfast was fantastic, with a clean and organized dining area and a caring cook who made delicious omelets and pancakes. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were all kind and attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was large with a living room and a big flat-screen TV. The full kitchen was a bonus, with a stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and an island. The bathroom had a huge tile shower, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Good location in a quiet area with offices around. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and it is easy to navigate. Clean and comfortable rooms with a variety of breakfast options. Friendly employees and excellent service. Great value for the price.

The breakfast was amazing, with omelets and pancakes freshly made to order. The workout room had plenty of machines and the shower in my room had great water pressure. my stay at Hyatt House was excellent and I would recommend it.

Hyatt House exceeded expectations with its outstanding staff, top, notch breakfast, and well, maintained rooms. the complimentary breakfast stood out for its quality and variety, especially the made, to, order pancakes. the cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, from the breakfast area to the rooms, were impressive. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the shower experience was fantastic.

Wow, just wow! I had an amazing city trip and my accommodation was the cherry on top of the cake! the lobby was spotless and welcoming, with friendly staff ready to assist me. the room was simply perfect. From the comfy bedding and pillows to the modern decor, I felt right at home. Plus, the room had everything I needed, including cutlery, cups, and dish towels. the bathroom was huge and extremely clean, with a shower that had amazing water pressure. the location was just right, close to all the key city attractions I wanted to visit!

The unsupervised children running around and making noise. It was unfortunate that some parents didn't take responsibility for their kids, but I wish the hotel staff would have addressed the situation.

This hotel was located in a decent area with a few attractions nearby. The room was quite spacious and had a comfortable bed, but unfortunately, the bathroom was not up to par. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast here was nothing special, just average. There were a few facilities available, such as a workout room and pool, but they were not noteworthy.

The cleanliness of the room was a huge disappointment and ruined my stay.
