This hotel was a wonderful surprise during my Christmas stay. the rooms were larger than expected and even had a kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. the staff were extremely welcoming and remembered my name the following day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the conference center.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the bathroom was very small, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

My stay at the Hyatt Place was great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of many top attractions in a quiet area of downtown. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a King bed, refrigerator, microwave, and thoughtful lighting. Breakfast is included with different hot options available downstairs to suit various tastes.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in downtown Atlanta for a family break. The hotel was incredibly clean, with the scent of fresh cleaning products lingering in the hallways. The prices at the hotel bar were reasonable, unlike other hotels I've visited. The customer service from all staff members, including the front desk, security, and cleaning staff, was professional and helpful. They ensured we had plenty of towels and face cloths, even though room cleaning wasn't daily. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major tourist attractions and dining options. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was excellent. my family and I had an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect, in a quiet, built-up area within walking distance to so many of the top attractions. The staff, from the valet parker to the front desk clerk, were amazing. The room was clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave. The restaurant offered a great continental breakfast and had a bar/lounge area with nightly specials. The garden area was a great place to relax and unwind amidst the cityscape.

We recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel in the downtown area.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in downtown and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to park my car after check-out and hold my luggage until after my meeting. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, with the added bonus of extra sitting space provided by the two couches. I also appreciated the gated parking and the convenience of the hotel's shuttle service within a three-mile radius. The small coffee shop in the lobby was a great option, especially on a rainy night when I didn't want to go out to eat.

We recently had a city break to Atlanta and we stayed in a hotel that was in an incredibly convenient location for exploring the area. the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel, and it really set us up for the day ahead. Plus, it was fantastic to have free high-speed internet access wherever we were in the hotel. Another great aspect of our stay was its distance to all the top attractions, within easy walking distance.

The only downside we experienced was with the city itself: there was a significant homeless population wandering about which made us feel uneasy at times.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of major attractions. the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was a huge advantage, especially for someone like me with a disability. It made getting around so much easier for me and my family.

One thing that I didn't like about my stay was the noisy air conditioning and heating unit in the room. It made it difficult to sleep at night.
