absolutely, the bathroom had an outdated shower fixed to the wall—what am I, a caveman? also, the water bottles were only given on our last night, which was just shameful. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least some sort of gesture for enduring this. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t.

I almost gave a good review, but the one elevator for 17 floors was downright absurd. Waiting forever is a thrill, isn’t it? And don't get me started on the shower—the water pressure was a joke! A room upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch too, for all my troubles. I expected better, truly.

That freeway noise was a downright nuisance at night!!! Parking at $40 per night is simply extortionate!!! The bathrooms felt cramped and poorly designed!!! A second elevator would prevent frustrating waits with so many floors!!!
