The hotel staff were incredible, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel was clean and safe. The front desk staff, especially Katlynn and Sarah, were professional and welcoming. The water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast was wonderful and had keto-friendly options.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and professional. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room, which was great for storing drinks and snacks.

One thing that was disappointing was the lack of clear information about breakfast timings. We were told that breakfast had ended at 9:30 am, but there were still other guests serving themselves and food available.

Staying here made my trip to downtown enjoyable. I love the location as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Everything was well-kept and comfy, making it easy to settle in. The staff were very helpful with all my requests and the amenities were top-notch. I definitely had a fantastic stay.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with their family.

Visited Riverside for the Festival of Lights. Had a great day and evening walk to view the lights and the “scene.” The inn itself was too expensive, but nearby are three multi-story chain hotels. This hotel is really nice with big, clean rooms and great beds. The location is perfect. Exceptionally nice front desk staff. Good, healthy breakfast options made in-house. Close to the convention center.

The room at the Hyatt Place was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location near highways 91 and 60 made it convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent service.

The free parking lot was a great money saver, especially during the busy Thanksgiving season. the location was right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff was courteous and attentive to our needs, providing us with complimentary water bottles and extra towels.

The hotel room was quite messy and not up to our standards. the breakfast provided was subpar, with only a choice of pre-packaged muffins, granola bars, and yogurt.

Good location, close to restaurants with tasty food and drinks. Nice heated pool, perfect for teenagers, and breakfast served in the morning was great. Helpful and kind staff, and big, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Trash and dirty towels easily disposed of outside the door, with bigger pool towels that lasted for several days.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They helped me with any issues I had, like relocating me when there was a problem with the bathroom. They even provided paper plates when I ordered dinner in. The room was spacious and perfect for my family. We all had enough room to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was great too, within walking distance of a mall with restaurants and other attractions.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! You're right in the heart of the action with tons of restaurants and shops close by, and the area for parking is really affordable. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even have great views of the city.
