I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the ability to open the sliding double doors to let in the refreshing ocean breeze. The size of the room was perfect, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom that included a large tub. Although the balcony was a bit small, it was still a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee or indulge in some snacks and champagne while watching the waves roll in. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, as it was right on the beach and just a short walk away from the Santa Monica pier. Additionally, the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, from the valet to the maid service.

Located right on the beautiful California coast, this hotel has a prime placement near the bustling Santa Monica pier and the boardwalk. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and some have stunning views. Staff are generally polite and accommodating, and the breakfast is quite nice. The ambiance throughout the hotel is great and it has some good facilities like a spa.

Spent Christmas here and it was not bad. The staff was friendly and the free mimosas and cookies were a nice touch. The hotel was located right by the beach which was convenient for morning walks. The room was also nicely decorated with ample space.

We were also impressed by the warm and personable service of one particular staff member at reception. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly exceptional stay.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. We felt indulged by the Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Beach access. The Massage and Spa centre were exceptional, and we enjoyed soaking in the Sun terrace and Sun loungers. The Beachfront location was priceless, and the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area served exquisite food and drinks. The private facilities were what we needed to feel exclusive.

Although this hotel had everything we could ask for, we only had one minor issue with the Beach umbrellas. We felt like there could have been more of them to accommodate all guests comfortably.

The oceanfront location of Shutters On The Beach was absolutely stunning. I had a room right on the Ocean Walk, with a magnificent view of the ocean and sliding double doors to let in the fresh ocean breeze. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a big flatscreen TV. The concierge, William, was excellent and provided great assistance throughout my stay. I had a remarkable experience in this beautiful building with the best service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great beach-front location with easy access to the famous pier and beautiful sunset views. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and the staff was friendly. The rooms were nicely remodeled, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. It was a nice touch to have a balcony, even though it was a bit small.

The pool area was mainly shaded, so the water was too cold even on sunny days. There was also a limited stock of beach equipment and bike rentals, which sold out quickly in the morning.
