The service was incredible, every time I walked by a staff member, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. We had drinks on the veranda, watching the sunset over the ocean, it was like a scene from a movie, just beautiful to sit there and soak in the moment.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was worth it.

The room's view was disappointing, facing a busy road with occasional exhaust fumes!!! Also, I found the extra charges for bathroom amenities quite petty, especially given the high room rates!!! Consider improving the reservation check-in process as well!!!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Shutters On The Beach during my stay. The breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from my room were simply mesmerizing, and the staff's attentiveness truly made a difference. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, and Kevin at reception even checked me in a little early, which was much appreciated. My dining experiences were delightful, with the outdoor patio providing a picturesque setting to enjoy superb meals. The soothing ambiance and comforts of the room left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

shutters on the beach is a beautiful hotel right on the beach! the ocean view room with a balcony was a dream. i loved starting each morning with the waves' sound. the spa services were heavenly, especially the classic swedish massage. And the staff were outstanding. devin, the beach attendant, was fantastic from start to finish.

I stayed in the King Room with Ocean View, and waking up to the stunning waves was pure magic! The outdoor terrace was perfect for enjoying breakfast while soaking in the coastal vibe. Plus, the beach access was just steps away, letting us dive right into the fun! 🌊

shutters on the beach is so nice! the staff were super friendly & made u feel right at home. our room was clean & comfy, with a lovely ocean view that made mornings a blast. we loved sittin on the terrace for breakfast while hearin the waves. also, the vibe in the evenings is chill with live music, perfect for relaxin!

the pool is kinda small for a hotel this price and the check-in process took longer than expected.

But the prices had me laughing and crying at the same time. A cabana for the size of my shoebox? Come on!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the outdoor swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and the 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way around. I’m definitely coming back for another trip!
