Facilities such as shops, car rental, and tour desks are available, making it easy to plan your vacation.

The pool was a little small, but with the huge hot tub, we didn't even miss it.

The rooms with an amazing view and good views are definitely worth it. The staff is attentive and provides great service. Plus, it's a good value for money with breakfast included.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency was fantastic. The location was perfect, right in front of surf lessons and with a great local coffee shop inside. We stayed in the family ocean suite which comfortably slept all six of us and even had a crib and rollaway bed. The highlight of our trip was visiting Hanauma Bay, although we recommend getting there early for parking. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.

One drawback was the slow elevators, but it didn't affect our overall experience. Additionally, the room was a bit noisy at night due to street performers and live music from nearby restaurants.

The location of the hotel was great, just minutes away from the beach. The spacious room easily accommodated three adults, and the beds were super comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that filtered water was available on each floor.

The hotel's public areas had an outdated feel, like an '80s outdoor shopping mall. The pool was a major let down, more suitable for children and the poolside area felt small and cramped.

They were friendly, helpful, and even upgraded my room when they learned it was my first time staying at a Hyatt. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was that the pineapple iced tea was not available all day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests or directions. The service at the front desk was top-notch, making me feel welcome and accommodating my needs. The rooms had a fantastic view of both the beach and Diamond Head, and the bed was comfortable. Having a convenience store in the lobby was a nice bonus too. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The view, customer service, kindness and hospitality of staff. Farmers market, nearby shops, Great location to everything! I love loved loved my stay and th complimentary chocolate strawberry’s and wine provided to celebrate our engagement!! The room was large enough with very comfortable bedding. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in Japengo was amazing! View of Waikiki Beach from the 32nd floor was incredible. The view and distance from all attractions was perfect! We could walk most everywhere! We had a great time watching the Pride parade from our hotel room. Staff were friendly, I really felt like everyone was happy to be there and to have us there. Considering other hotels were having staff on strike that weekend, I'm glad my trip wasn't impacted.
