We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and answering all of our questions promptly. The hotel design was beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby. It was also within walking distance to the center of Brickell, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel for Ultra Miami, and it was the perfect location within walking distance to Bayfront park. The staff was amazing, accepting my request for early check-in and being very responsive to my questions before I even arrived. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and I particularly loved the balcony in my room. The Mezzanine bar with outdoor seating was a great place to relax and enjoy a few drinks, and the internal car service was a convenient perk. great vibe, great staff, and a great experience. Highly recommended!

The environment was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant smell. The room service and restaurant were good, and the staff was friendly. The mattress and linens were excellent, and housekeeping went above and beyond. The pool area had amazing views. a great stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The pool was also a highlight, very nice and enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, and there were extra charges for using the pool. The towels were not always brought on time, and the staff could be more helpful. Additionally, there were issues with noise from the neighboring bars, and the common areas were not well-maintained. The pool area was under renovation and there was no responsible person available until 11 am. The lack of information about breakfast was also disappointing.

I recently stayed at SLS Brickell for my girlfriend's birthday and had a great time. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. We had a delicious dinner at the Fi'lia restaurant, where the service and food were excellent. The waiter even remembered us from dinner and took time to check in on us. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and overall, our stay was enjoyable and memorable.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the fine dining restaurant in the market place, as well as a nearby shopping mall. The breakfast area was superb and featured a great variety of tasty dishes. The view from the room was amazing, with cozy robes available. The professional staff provided great service and made my stay enjoyable.

The lack of car service for events was a little inconvenient, but everything else was perfect.

This hotel provided an exceptional stay with exclusive amenities. We were pleased with their spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. The infinity pool in the sun terrace with lush garden area and sun loungers created a luxurious experience. The rooftop pool offers a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The Poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area served quality food and drinks. The restaurant breakfast had a variety of special diet menus. Private facilities like massage and spa lounge fulfilled our every need.

Although the entertainment and leisure/ TV room was a plus, there was a minor issue with the gym. This hotel lacked uniformity in the standard of cleaning among their staff. We noticed that some cleaning staff were lazier than others.
