the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and attractions. The staff were super helpful whenever we needed something for the room. the heated pool and bar/lounge area were nice touches too.

sometimes it felt like they were a bit short-staffed. overall good though! 😊

Chur, the city's view from my room was sweet as, but the pillows were like sleeping on pancakes—absolutely no support! Staff were friendly, though.

The indoor pool area created a unique but odd setting for my room, and I found myself using the blinds a lot. For better views, aim for the higher floors where the rooms are definitely updated.

It was an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Minneapolis with outstanding value for money. The bed creaked quite a bit, which was a little annoying but didn't ruin the stay. Check the electrical outlets when you arrive. some might be loose and not hold plugs well.
