We had the most incredible stay at Hyatt Vacation Club! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the waterfront. The nearby restaurants, shops, and activities made it so easy to explore and enjoy everything Key West has to offer. The Key West style of the property, with its teak walkways and beautiful pool, added to the charm of our stay. And let's not forget about the unforgettable sunsets we witnessed from the porch swing - truly magical! We are already planning our return trip because this place is simply extraordinary.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, informative, and personable. They even helped me book a sunset cruise and called a taxi for me when it was time to leave. The location was ideal, right next to the BBQ area and close to A & B restaurant. There were so many restaurants nearby, so I didn't take advantage of the kitchen much. The room was spacious and well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area. The staff was always available to offer dining suggestions and even arranged water sports activities for me. The leisure swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

I had a great time here, and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

The rooms are spacious and come with a microwave, refrigerator, and toaster for convenient meals in the room. The friendly staff provides great service, with fun marine life presentations and helpful information about local attractions.

The pool and hot tub are only open during daylight hours, which may not be ideal for those who prefer to relax in the evenings.

It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The pool and spa area was well-maintained and a great place to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the beautiful sunset in the evening. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. it was a great family resort experience.

The location of Hyatt Residence Club is unbeatable! I had the perfect getaway in Key West, with easy access to all the attractions in Old Town and KW Bight. I enjoyed biking around the island and lounging by the pool during the day. The sunsets were absolutely stunning every evening. Plus, there are endless options for food and live music. That's why I keep coming back to Sunset Harbor multiple times a year.
