Unexpected challenges but lovely surroundings

The spacious condo was well-equipped, perfect for our family. We loved the serene surroundings and easy access to outdoor activities! The staff were nice, especially at breakfast.

The resort's pool was a blast for the kids, and with on-site amenities like mini golf and complimentary Wi-Fi, it kept everyone entertained. We took advantage of the family-friendly vibe, and Bistro 210 served up some great meals for our crew.

My kids wished for better soundproofing to reduce noise at night.

The place was clean and had new carpets, making it feel surprisingly fresh for a resort with over 50 years of history. The fire pits around the hotel were perfect for post-ski relaxation, and who doesn't love a warm drink while savoring a scenic view? I felt like royalty lounging by the warmth, just missing a crown and a scepter!

Some rooms are dated.

We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and excellent amenities. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to relax, and the Bistro offered delicious meals. Staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was a great start to our stay.

The loft suite we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped for our family, making it ideal for a fun getaway. The ropes course was a highlight, and the staff were very accommodating. However, the late-night bistro options were limited, and we faced some challenges accessing the hot tub due to overcrowding. Great for families!

Unfortunately, the check-in process was disorganized, and the loud noise from the common areas made it a tad challenging to unwind at night. Overall, a fun family-friendly destination despite a few hiccups.

Check operational hours for the bistro and hot tub, as they tend to close earlier than expected, especially on weekends.

the trademark is a lovely spot for families! we loved the pool and the bistro 210 had delicious food. the full-service spa was a fantastic treat too. it’s conveniently close to the pub, making evenings fun and easy!

The check-in process can be a disaster, and the hot tub closes too early!!! The bistro has limited late-night food options that don't match the advertised menu!!! The rooms are aging and may need updates!!!

Awesome indoor pool and fun karaoke nights! Just a few too many stairs.

Perfect family escape!

We had the best time! The activities were on point—putt putt and gem mining kept my kids entertained. The views from the chair lift were just stunning! Plus, the snack bar had some yummy options to munch on while hanging by the fire pits. Just wish the floors in the hallways were a tad nicer, but it didn't ruin anything for us.

However, the stairs leading up to the room were quite a workout, so keep that in mind if you have young kids.
