I had an amazing stay at this hotel in New Orleans! The location was perfect, right near the French Quarter and close to everything. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Kaitlyn at the front desk. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony with an amazing view. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in NOLA. We requested a quiet room and got exactly that, at the end of the hall. The mattress was one of the best we've ever slept on and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel itself was attractive and in a great location. The check-in process was fast and the staff were friendly and informative. The housekeeping team went above and beyond and even returned my daughter's lost wallet. a great experience!

Amazing stay! The room was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable we slept in. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The location was ideal, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby to keep us entertained.

The noise from the service room during the night, which woke us up a few times. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Housekeeping could improve, sometimes forgetful with replacing towels and amenities. Price for parking was high, $45 a day. Pool was small.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the action. We loved the nearby canal street which is perfect for exploring the surrounding area! Our room had a fantastic view of the city which we loved. The staff were also attentive and friendly. Oh, and the breakfast was included which was a huge plus!
