Attentive Anniversary Celebration

We had a fantastic anniversary celebration at Intercontinental. Upon checking in, we mentioned it was our anniversary, and to our surprise, the staff left us a special gift in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also great, making it easy for us to explore the city. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Intercontinental for a special occasion or any stay in New Orleans.

I recently celebrated my 2nd year anniversary at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The elegance and comfort of this place were beyond our expectations. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would like to give a special shoutout to Ashley Joiner, one of the hotel managers, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The level of customer service provided by her was outstanding. I'm already looking forward to our next stay at this venue!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the central business district right near Canal Street. It was convenient to everything, within 10-20 minutes of major attractions. Plus, being right on the parade route was a major bonus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and a 24/7 fitness center. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in NOLA. We requested a quiet room and got exactly that, at the end of the hall. The mattress was one of the best we've ever slept on and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel itself was attractive and in a great location. The check-in process was fast and the staff were friendly and informative. The housekeeping team went above and beyond and even returned my daughter's lost wallet. a great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to downtown and all attractions, including Bourbon St. We were able to easily walk to the river and the French Quarter from the hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, Trenasse. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the quietness of the hotel at night, as we could not hear any noise from outside, allowing us to have a great night's sleep.

We stayed at Intercontinental for 3 nights and requested a quiet room, which we got at the very end of the hall. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had one of the best mattresses we've ever slept on during our travels. The hotel itself was attractive, and the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and bar were all very friendly. The location was great, with plenty of walking and dining options nearby. We also appreciated the option of self-parking in the nearby parking garage.

During my recent stay at Intercontinental, I had a wonderful experience with the staff. From the moment I arrived, the bellman, Hank, warmly greeted me and ensured that all my luggage was taken care of. The front desk representative, Sarah, was genuinely sweet and went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. The rest of the staff members I encountered were equally cordial and professional.

Although there were a few minor hiccups, such as the lack of sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch and noise from neighboring rooms, these did not significantly impact my overall positive experience.
