The decor is super chic with a cute southern flair. The lobby has live music some evenings. It's in a quiet spot. The room was comfy, with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a nice shower. Fitness center is a bonus. Breakfast was hit or miss. Staff can vary in helpfulness.

During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to several great restaurants, like Hattie B's Chicken, just a few steps away, making it convenient for delicious meals without needing a car, plus iconic attractions like the Parthenon and Centennial Park are just about a 15-20 minute stroll away, allowing for enjoyable evenings in the beautiful Nashville weather. The hotel offers basic amenities that were comfortable for my needs but could improve on breakfast options since I found the offerings very limited.

I got woken up at 3:30 AM by police banging on a neighbor’s door, followed by a loud argument that kept my husband and me from getting back to sleep. Management didn't seem to care about our terrible night.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the lovely decor, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The doors to the rooms slammed hard, amplifying any movement in the hallway. The shower head was not secured well, and the bathroom sink was slow to drain, emitting an unpleasant smell. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a cozy environment, but the overall comfort was dampened by the external noise and maintenance issues.

Loved the convenient walk to nearby restaurants as well as the top-notch shampoo and conditioner - so good that I had to order some online! The recently renovated hotel with a complimentary continental breakfast was a major plus. They swiftly changed our room when the blinds got stuck, showing fantastic customer service, but boy, the construction noise nearby was a real bummer during our stay - would have been perfect otherwise! 🏨
