Hayes Street Hotel Nashville Reviews
great stay in nashville! hayes street hotel exceeded expectations. spacious rooms, nice bathroom, and a cozy living room. perfect location, walking distance to attractions and restaurants. helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcome. would definitely stay again on our next city break.
valet parking charge for unavailable service
The hotel provided a refrigerator in the room, which was convenient. Additionally, the staff was friendly and there was no smell of pets in the room, which was a major plus. The location of the hotel was also good, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
There were a few negatives during my stay. Firstly, the parking fee of $30.00 was quite expensive. Secondly, the walls were thin and I could hear everything from the next room. Lastly, I was only given two large towels for two guests, which was insufficient. I needed an additional towel, especially because I have long hair.
I got great value for my money at Hayes Street Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close enough to the main strip, but in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast selection could have been better with more options.
I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at this new hotel. The rooms were modern, attractive, and oh-so clean. Plus, the location was perfect - plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was on top of their game, making sure we had everything we needed. my stay at this charming hotel was a delight. The value for money was fantastic, the room was comfortable, and the location was great. The staff treated us like VIPs. The only small downside was the breakfast, but that's just a minor hiccup. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe add some more options.
The hotel had a great atmosphere, with a gorgeous property and clean rooms. The staff was amazing and the location was perfect for exploring bars and restaurants. We had a fun and comfortable stay.
Felt at home, no complaints at all.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, great bar, dog-friendly atmosphere, convenient location, helpful recommendations, valet parking, large lobby lounge.
Nothing to fault.
The value for money was great and the room was spacious and well-furnished. The location was central and convenient, and the staff were friendly and professional.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety and options.
We had a pleasant stay at a spacious, clean, and comfortable room at Hayes Street Hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our dog feel welcome. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to numerous fantastic restaurants, yet quiet at night away from the downtown hustle. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had various settings for added convenience. The open and relaxing vibe of the hotel lobby was a delightful touch. Additionally, we appreciated the availability of a lite continental breakfast provided by the helpful staff.
Nothing everything was great.
We stayed at Hayes Street Hotel for a weekend getaway and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our valet guy was amazing, and the staff quickly fixed a clogged tub. They were also great with our two large dogs. The rooms were nice and clean, and anything we needed was promptly provided. a great place to stay!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We immediately felt welcomed and impressed by the overall aesthetic. Despite this, our stay at Hayes Street Hotel Nashville was wonderful. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed and fluffy sheets. I had a great experience at Hayes Street Hotel. I would recommend it to others, keeping in mind the minor inconveniences mentioned.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was enjoyable, with a good selection of options. However, it would be great if they could upgrade the quality of items such as bananas and yogurts.
This hotel is fantastic! Firstly, it's in the perfect location with many restaurants nearby including Hattie B's Chicken. It's also convenient to downtown and midtown attractions. Secondly, the service provided by the staff is top-notch and they go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and happy. Lastly, the basic amenities are great, the rooms have a great view, and breakfast is included.
All in all, this hotel is amazing.
