Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes. the staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable.

I had an amazing time at this resort! My stay was for 4 nights and the staff made me feel like royalty. The resort was never crowded, and the amenities were top-notch. The food was incredible, especially at the French restaurant Mercuri and the 24-hour Cocos café. The multiple pools, swim-up bars, and talented bartenders added to the overall enjoyment. The resort's events and entertainment were well-organized and easy to find. And for sports fans like me, the main bar always had live games on. I can't wait to come back next year!

Fantastic two week vacation escaping the winter. Great accommodation, friendly and efficient staff. Spacious and comfortable room with a wonderful bathroom. Buffet and à la carte meals were amazing. No reservation policy at restaurants was convenient. Excellent service for drinks on the beach and in the bars.

Food poisoning ruined the last 5 days of our vacation. Room service was bland.

We absolutely loved this place! Not only were we right on the beach, but the service was top-notch from the bell staff/porter to the housekeeping, and 24-hour room service. Plus, the car hire and bicycle hire made it easy to explore the area.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic beach vacation.

As a disabled guest, I found the service at the resort exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The French Restaurant, in particular, provided outstanding service, thanks to Elpio Jesus, Antonio. The landscaping by the Preferred Club Pool was also impressive, enhancing the overall experience.

The French and Mexican restaurants were outstanding, offering delicious cuisine that exceeded our expectations. The pools were a highlight of our trip, providing a refreshing oasis to relax and soak up the sun.

The long wait times for dinner reservations, especially for larger groups. It would have been more convenient to have the buffet open for dinner on a regular basis.

I recently stayed at a Now brand hotel and I will definitely be returning! The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and the resort had so much to offer. I couldn't try everything during my 5-day stay. The food was incredible, especially at the French restaurant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic two-person jacuzzi. The maintenance team was efficient and fixed an issue with the AC in my suite quickly and effectively. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a resort which proved to be a perfect location for us. We were able to take advantage of the various restaurants on the preferred side. Additionally, we enjoyed the benefits of having a designated area for member check-in. Our room was comfortable and we had a great view of the surrounding area. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attentive service from the staff during breakfast.

We found that the beach was a little rocky and there were some seaweeds present which made swimming challenging.

The entertainment staff at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa were absolutely fantastic! They made our stay incredibly enjoyable and full of fun activities.

We loved the incredible ocean view from our upgraded room and watching the sunrise from the balcony. The rain shower was heavenly and the room was spacious and clean. The staff, especially Fernando and Veronica, provided excellent service. The pool and beach were great, with crystal clear water and a perfect temperature. The hotel had plenty of facilities, including a buffet and a variety of eating places.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The food at the resort was outstanding, with a variety of choices for even the pickiest of eaters. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at one of the restaurants, which was definitely worth the additional cost. Additionally, the resort had various amenities such as tennis and golfing spaces, which provided entertainment options for guests. the personnel attention was amazing, and the staff members were always friendly and helpful.

There were some negative aspects of my experience at the resort. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.

The infinity pool had a stunning view and was conveniently close to the ocean. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. the food at the restaurants and buffet was consistently delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and breakfast was especially impressive with an extensive selection. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We didn't opt for a great view, but the room served its purpose and provided a relaxing space.

The wait times for dinner were quite long, especially if you wanted a table in one of the restaurants. It would have been nice to have more availability or a better system for reservations.
