Friendly staff, modern rooms, and a relaxing beach. Pool can get busy, but beach provides ample space. Food at Tides grill is decent if you don't want to leave the resort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was delightful, with walking paths through lush vegetation leading to the pool and beach. The hotel itself was well kept, even though it is an older facility. The rooms were large and nicely furnished, complete with a kitchen. The pool area was fantastic, with a bar serving drinks and food poolside. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Thomas at reception. We also enjoyed the various amenities offered by the hotel, such as the laundry service and the welcome drink. our experience here was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

What a great stay! the price was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and attention to detail was impressive, right down to the outdoor privacy and TVs. We had a fab view of the water from our room which was a wonderful addition to our stay. On top of that, breakfast was really good, and it was included in our rate! We enjoyed it at the grill, which had a great atmosphere.

As backpackers, we loved the laid back vibe of the resort, with its beach bungalow feel and fun activities like bike riding and kayaking. The contemporary style of the guest suites and the beautiful setting of the resort made for a memorable stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of having an onsite company, Island Girl Snorkle and Tours, for all our adventure needs. The pool bar served great food, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. it was a great experience for us as backpackers.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful scenery of the ocean. We enjoyed the relaxing day by the pool and the restaurant staff provided wonderful service. the food was delicious and the team worked hard to serve everyone, despite being busy.

We were disappointed with our bed situation as we had requested a King size bed but were given a room with two small beds instead. the front desk staff were unhelpful and did not even attempt to rectify the error.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for such a great experience. Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic, from the clean and updated rooms with kitchen facilities to the basic amenities provided. The staff were so friendly and provided great service, making me feel at home. Lastly, the location was amazing! Situated right on the beach with a great view, I couldn't have asked for a better spot for some relaxation and fun activities. Plus, the breakfast included in our rate at the grill was delicious!

We loved the huge room with a kitchen and dishwasher! The outside screened area was a bonus. The pools and beach area were beautiful and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms, clean and well-equipped kitchens, lush gardens, and hammocks spread throughout the property to relax in. Pools and hot tubs were inviting and refreshing, with a picturesque view of the ocean. The bar serves good drinks and offers excellent service at the pool. Breakfast is a treat. this is a perfect place to unwind and relax.

Loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, they made our beach days so comfortable! the location was so convenient, walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping! We also loved watching the sunrise every day, it was so beautiful!

the staff at check-in were a bit unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. However, the manager was very helpful and made up for the rude reception staff.

During our recent stay at the Islander Resort, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was impeccably clean and impressively spacious. We loved the screened-in patio, as well as the comfortable lounge chairs in the garden just outside our room. The beds were cozy and we were treated to a breathtaking view of the ocean. The on-site restaurants offered delicious options, and the resort's grounds were truly spectacular. The staff, despite being possibly understaffed, worked hard and were always friendly. Additionally, the resort had excellent water activities, a fishing dock, and two pools - one salt and one fresh.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We loved the tropical fragrance when we entered our room. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was great. The hotel had a lovely Key West atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The location was really close to the ocean and there were plenty of lounge chairs to relax on.

The beach access here is also spectacular, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and sand right at their doorstep. The service provided at this hotel is top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to every request. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need. I particularly appreciated the heating and air conditioning system, ensuring that I was always comfortable regardless of the weather. The patio and garden furniture provided a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.
