Our room had a beautiful partial view of the water and the hotel's private beach was clean and relaxing. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day in the sun. we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Miami Beach and had an amazing experience. The staff at The Palms Hotel & Spa were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my room was clean and that the pool area was pristine. The beach staff were also fantastic, always being thoughtful and kind. I was even allowed to use the pool and beach areas until it was time for me to leave, even after checking out. Another unique touch was the man who walked around with a falcon on his arm, keeping the birds away from the restaurant area. This made my morning meals much more relaxing and enjoyable. the atmosphere of the hotel was exotic and inviting, with a giant porch and a beautiful pool area, all just steps away from the beach. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel. The room had a great sea view and the tropical decor created a nice relaxed atmosphere. The beach and pool areas were enjoyable, with plenty of loungers available. The pool bar, main bar, and essensia restaurant all provided enjoyable dining experiences.

The lifts could be slow at times.

I recently had a great stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel by the beach. The location was amazing, right on the beach with direct access and hotel beach chairs. The pool area had a cool and resort-like vibe, making it a perfect spot to relax. The hotel itself was of the highest quality, with beautiful and well-designed rooms. The furniture was expensive and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel also had great amenities, including a fantastic restaurant with delicious and fresh food. The staff were friendly, smiley, and always ready to help. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that I would definitely recommend to others. The pool area was great, with fantastic tropical outdoor facilities that were perfect for relaxation. The staff at this hotel were amazing, providing excellent service and making me feel important throughout my stay. The beach, just steps away from the hotel, was beautiful, and the hotel's spa and wellness center offered a range of luxurious treatments. The heated swimming pool and sun terrace were also lovely places to unwind. the quality of service and the amenities provided at this hotel surpassed my expectations.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. We had to change rooms twice due to a toilet issue, but the hotel staff handled it quickly and even credited our bill for the inconvenience. Additionally, one of the elevators was being replaced during the holiday weekend, causing some delays. However, despite these small setbacks, I would still recommend this hotel to everyone. None.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, with a great ambiance. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the bartender was awesome. We also loved that beach chairs and an umbrella were included with our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all major attractions and not far from the city center. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the beach, and the staff were the best aspects of our stay.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the staff provided quick and friendly service throughout our stay. We had a great view of the pool and ocean from our room, and the rainwater shower head and great water pressure in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise.

Housekeeping was a disappointment, as they did not respect the "do not disturb" signs and were rude to my children. They also did not properly clean the room and did not remove old plates. Additionally, the lack of proper connections between rooms was frustrating, and the concierge never answered the phone.

What a great easter break! Enjoyed two very thoughtful complimentary treats, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and several great restaurants. The hotel had a beautiful and well-maintained pool area, that was perfect for lounging in the sun. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The internet was unreliable and very slow, which was disappointing as I needed it for work. The elevators were slow, and waiting for them was frustrating at times.

Lovely spa, nice and personable servers at the pool bar. Updated rooms with more storage space, modern bathroom and technology. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Immaculate and beautiful grounds. Impeccable breakfast service by Carmen, Anna, and Yasmila. Preston and new Chef were great hosts during dinner time.

Excellent location with stunning ocean views and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful bellman staff and accommodating pool and beach staff. Beautiful Art Deco design and character with a welcoming bar serving impressive selection of food and drinks. Would definitely return for another stay.

I recently stayed at The Palms Hotel for a week-long getaway with my husband, and it was absolutely wonderful. The beachfront view was superb, and we loved that the hotel was conveniently located near a boardwalk. The gardens were stunning, and the pool and beach were easily accessible. Our room was spotless and quiet, and the shaded areas provided a serene atmosphere. We also enjoyed watching the birds, which were a big hit with the men in our group.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
