The location is convenient for exploring Miami Beach. As young people, we enjoyed the beach access and spent time exploring the area on citibikes. The breakfasts were satisfying.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Miami Beach and had an amazing experience. The staff at The Palms Hotel & Spa were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my room was clean and that the pool area was pristine. The beach staff were also fantastic, always being thoughtful and kind. I was even allowed to use the pool and beach areas until it was time for me to leave, even after checking out. Another unique touch was the man who walked around with a falcon on his arm, keeping the birds away from the restaurant area. This made my morning meals much more relaxing and enjoyable. the atmosphere of the hotel was exotic and inviting, with a giant porch and a beautiful pool area, all just steps away from the beach. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The furniture was expensive and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel also had great amenities, including a fantastic restaurant with delicious and fresh food. The staff were friendly, smiley, and always ready to help. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that I would definitely recommend to others.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. We had to change rooms twice due to a toilet issue, but the hotel staff handled it quickly and even credited our bill for the inconvenience.
