check-in took an eternity, and don’t even get me started on the elevators—how charming that so many were out of service! i expected a complimentary room upgrade as compensation for my inconvenience, but apparently that’s just too much to ask. overall, very disappointing. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t, unfortunately.

The arcade and movie theater kept my kids entertained! Johnny Rockets served one of the best burgers I've had on vacation, and the staff was exceptionally kind to my family!

Check-in took ages and elevators were often out of service! Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of communication regarding room reservations, causing some confusion.

The VR studio was a highlight for me, and the escape room was a fun experience. I spent time enjoying meals and chatting with friendly staff. It felt like a much-needed getaway with my partner amidst my love for road trips.

The Grand Sierra Resort impressed with its cleanliness and various dining options, especially the Rim where Jeanie provided fantastic service. The bowling alley is a fun addition, and the arcade kept the kids entertained, making it an overall enjoyable family experience despite some cleanliness issues in the room.

The views from our room on the 25th floor were stunning! I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at the California Pizza Kitchen, where the food was excellent, and the service exceptional. Make sure to ask for Juliea—she's a gem and made our dining experience truly special.

Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups during our stay. While the location is great, I encountered issues with the check-in process that took longer than expected. Additionally, one of the rooms had trouble getting the water hot enough for showers, which was disappointing.

Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms!!! Dust everywhere, dirty carpets, and lack of proper cleaning!!! Slow elevators caused frustration, taking up to 45 minutes!!! Some amenities felt outdated and in need of an upgrade!!! High resort fees for inadequate services!!!

It was just a good match for a walk in evening in Reno with good price value. The clean atmosphere made it a pleasant surprise, and I enjoyed the friendly staff who made our stay even better. Be sure to check out the arcade for some fun downtime.

The bowling alley was a highlight, providing entertainment for the family, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, always engaging with guests. The grilled steaks at the restaurant were a delicious treat, making dining enjoyable. However, the hot tubs were lukewarm, which was disappointing since that was a key reason for our stay. Despite asking staff about it and not receiving any clear answers, we left after our first night, opting to stay elsewhere afterward.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor heated pool. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. Highly recommend the blackjack tables! I'm coming back for Easter.
