The mountain views from Grand Sierra Resort were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the glorious mountains surrounding Reno was a truly unforgettable experience. The newly renovated suites at The Summit were absolutely luxurious, and the VIP check-in made me feel like a valued guest right from the start. The diverse range of culinary delights at the sushi bar and the specialty cocktails were a delightful surprise.

My room was left with dirty male boxers in the curtains, and the response from the front desk was less than satisfactory.

The music at Grand Sierra Resort And Casino was top-notch, making our experience unforgettable. the pool was fantastic for families, offering a variety of enjoyable activities for kids aged 12 and 13.

Room was spacious and beautifully designed. Grand Sierra is a massive hotel/casino with a stunning pool area. the Mexican restaurant offered tasty fish tacos at reasonable prices, accompanied by great service. the public restrooms were constantly being cleaned.

2 Queen beds instead of king. Room and bathroom were dirty.

The casino had an incredible array of games, including a diverse range of slot machines, table games, and poker tables, offering something for everyone. The William Hill Mobile Sports app allowed us to make in-play wagers on our favorite sports matches, providing an exciting and convenient betting experience from anywhere in Nevada.

My wife says that the casino could benefit from adding more kid-friendly entertainment options.

I keep returning to this spot for its amazing amenities, including free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and valet parking. The staff once helped me with a taxi number. It's perfect for my needs and I'll be back for Easter.

Lemme tell ya, the hot pot dishes at Grand Sierra were straight-up fire 🔥. We couldn't get enough of the tasty grub at Briscola Restaurant, Uno Mas Street Tacos + Spirits, and Cantina. And the sips at Reserve Wine Bar were on point 🍷. Nearby SF Kitchen also served up some mouthwatering treats, no cap.

Watched pro football on the massive LED viewing wall, enjoyed delicious American classics at the 50's style diner, and relaxed in the lavish resort pool. The holidays were extra special, celebrating with loved ones and looking forward to more grand experiences.

The check-in process was quick, and the bellman who helped us was exceptional. The location with easy access to the freeway was convenient for exploring the area. The on-site amenities like the bowling alley and movie theater added extra fun to our stay. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing retreat, and the live entertainment was entertaining. The close proximity to landmarks like Ultimate Rush Speed and Thrill Park and Greater Nevada Field allowed for memorable family bonding experiences. The only downside was the limited dining options and long wait times at restaurants. a comfortable stay with great relaxation options and nearby attractions for family enjoyment.

Mobile check-in was convenient and accommodating. Separate check-in line for VIP members. Fantastic pools including an adult area. Friendly staff. Amazing spa, bowling facility, and sportsbook. We didn't want to leave.

The quiet atmosphere in the steakhouse was a real highlight, complete with top-notch service blending seamlessly with the peaceful vibe. Spa lounge was a great place to unwind after a long day exploring the city. Only downside, rooms weren't ready as promised, but they did try to make it right with a partial discount on the resort fee 💆.
