Convenience is key. The proximity of our room to concert venues and dining options is commendable. The bed was comfortable, and the mountain view was stunning. the experience falters significantly. Check-in was a disaster. One room was ready, yet I reserved two months in advance. Communication was poor; staff promised updates but delivered nothing. Rude staff interactions added to the frustration, and cleanliness left much to be desired. Elevator wait times were excessive, especially with kids in tow. Amenities, while fun, need maintenance. Hair in the shower and a disorganized gym are disappointing. Can't overlook these issues. While there was potential for an enjoyable stay, it ultimately missed the mark.

The rooms at Grand Sierra Resort offer high-end comfort and excellent views, making for a wonderful stay. The cleanliness was impressive, and the kids loved the diverse play area with games and activities. Just be aware of potential reservation issues and check-in delays.

We liked the pool and the food. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with nice bedding. The shower had great pressure. The view was excellent too. The fitness and spa facilities are solid. Free parking is a plus, but no daily room cleaning until 3 days in was disappointing.

The updated room was beautiful with amazing lighting, especially in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding disappointed—just a thin blanket with a sheet. The fridge was large, but it didn’t work well. Surprisingly, there was no microwave. Noise levels were an issue; walls felt thin. Ventilation needs improvement—detectable smoke smell from vents. The shower had limited space; one tiny shelf couldn’t hold all our items. The convenience of text housekeeping was great, though. Room temperature control worked well.

I had the worst experience at a resort recently. Our room was disgusting—smoky and unclean, like someone had just left. The staff offered no solution and we ended up having to find another place last minute. Totally ruined our trip!

Watched all my fave football teams on a massive 45-foot LED wall. Enjoyed delicious 50's diner food and fabulous frozen cocktails at Fat Tuesday. Relaxed at the Pool, RV Park, and Crossfire Bar. Endless activities and eateries to explore!

Loved not having toilet paper in my room—an exclusive privilege, surely.

Spacious room, comfortable beds with easy access to a clean shower and a courteous staff that made my stay enjoyable.

I loved how this hotel is just a few steps from popular spots like the Grand Theatre and Charlie Palmer Steak, while also being close to a convenient Starbucks for breakfast and several dining options, making my weekend exploration super easy and enjoyable; I also appreciated the large fridge in my room to stock up on snacks from nearby stores, but the loudness from being next to the stairwell could use some improvement.

I loved the easy check-in and quick parking! The room had an amazing view and was super quiet at night. The dining choices were delightful and the staff treated me like family!
