The staff at this hotel were superb, going above and beyond to ensure our 42nd anniversary celebration was special. Hannah, the supervisor, arranged for 42 white long stem roses to be delivered to our room, creating a beautiful arrangement. The in-room dining for breakfast was excellent, with magnificent views of the harbor. Our dinner at The Bygone, on the 29th floor, was a memorable experience with delicious food and spectacular views of the city.

We felt immediately at home at this hotel and had no complaints at all.

My group of friends and I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, including Ouzo—a fabulous upscale Greek place. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast on the top floor was scrumptious with a remarkable view of the city and river. The service was exceptional, and the employees were friendly and professional. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and clean facilities, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool area tends to be very crowded with limited seats, especially during peak hours.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient parking options available. The location in a business district made it easy for us to explore the city and visit many excellent restaurants, including an upscale Greek place called Ouzo. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the harbor. It was definitely worth the extra money. the hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk away from a great restaurant where I celebrated a friend's birthday.

The room itself was showing signs of age, with outdated amenities and a sticky telephone. the lack of accessible plugs in the room made it difficult to charge my electronic devices.

My room on the 15th floor had a stunning harbor view and was very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom had luxury amenities. Convenient on-site parking. Excellent service from friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a quick and smooth check-in process with friendly customer service. The room was welcoming, with personalized touches like a letter addressed to me and a collection of sweets. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The TV had a wide selection of channels, including Arabic options. I also appreciated the prayer sijada and printout of prayer times, as well as the bathroom amenities that catered to the Arabic/Muslim way. The 24-hour gym had all the necessary equipment, and the spa facilities and swimming pool were luxurious, complete with a sauna, steam room. The hotel's overall decorations were visually appealing and added to the pleasant ambiance.

During my stay, I found the room to be on the smaller side, with limited towels and toiletries in the bathroom. There were no slippers provided, and the bed I shared with my sister was uncomfortable and made noise when we moved.

Clean location, felt safe regarding COV19. Abraham at front desk fantastic, gave water, upgraded room to harbor suite, valet parked car after midnight, brought up suitcases. Well-appointed room, thoughtful touches, attention to detail.

Front desk and doormen were helpful. Restaurant wait staff was excellent. Clean, well-appointed rooms with comfy beds and lots of pillows. Supervisor helped arrange special anniversary surprise. Great in-room dining experience with beautiful harbor views. Valet service was accommodating.

But what really made my stay special was the beautiful views from my room - absolutely breathtaking!

Luxurious amenities, excellent location This hotel was an amazing experience. the luxurious amenities such as the spa lounge and the heated indoor pool exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect for my needs, with proximity to popular attractions. the room's exclusive advantages such as a private coffee/tea station in an elegant environment left me in awe.

Minor issue Although this hotel was perfect in almost every aspect, I did experience a minor issue with the service. On the first night, the staff forgot an item that I needed, which they quickly rectified.
