For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful bathroom. The staff at Kimpton Epic Hotel went above and beyond, accommodating us when our balcony glass cracked and immediately switching our rooms. The location was great, with access to the bay and plenty of on-site amenities like restaurants and pools. a gorgeous hotel with lovely staff.

The only thing that could have been better was the availability of breakfast items. It would have been nice to have more options for breakfast at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton Epic hotel in Miami for a few nights. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodated. The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious and comfortable rooms, a luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful view of the city. The complimentary coffee in the morning and happy hour in the lobby were nice touches. The gym was well-equipped and the outdoor dining space on the bay was lovely. The staff even surprised me with champagne in my room to celebrate my birthday. an amazing experience!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, with an amazing view from the balcony. The staff, especially Alejandro and Melissa at the Front Desk, were amazing. The pool area was nice and not noisy, and the location was fairly close to the cruise terminal in south Florida.

Amazing views from the 16th floor pool and our room. The hotel offered a relaxing spa with great treatments and amenities. Walking distance to waterfront paths and top restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Our room had a spectacular view of the city and the bathroom was luxurious. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed promptly by the staff. The pool area was lovely and the staff were attentive. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly. The location was ideal for Miami music week and a short drive from the airport. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was brilliant and the pool was a great touch. Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Liked the events in the lobby for guests. Great effort to keep us entertained. The view from the balcony was of the city, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is in a good location, close to key attractions. Best of all, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.

Disliked the noise level in the hotel. The music from the pool party was extremely loud and went on until late at night, disturbing my sleep.

Great pool area with comfortable pods and live DJ playing, especially loved the live trumpet player. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and dining options.

The construction noise around the entrance was annoying, and the presence of solicitors near the hotel was uncomfortable. The front desk provided multiple incorrect room keys and the AC in my room was not functioning properly, which took multiple visits from service staff to fix.

Breathtaking balcony view. Full-service spa and two pools. Next time, will try the cigar bar and watch retailer.

All about this hotel is Epic. Located in the heart of downtown near Brickell Center and with easy access to the highway. The view from the balcony is amazing as you can see the Miami river. The breakfast and service were impeccable and the rooms were clean and spacious with modern bathrooms. There’s no need to leave the hotel thanks to the 2 pools on the 16th floor and the amazing happy hour at Area 31.

The deposit charged on the credit card was confusing and took too long to be returned.

The property was beautiful and serene, like being at a spa. The two restaurants offered exceptional food and service with a lovely ambiance. The recent renovation gave the hotel a zen-meets-lux vibe. The check-out time of 12PM noon was a huge bonus for extra relaxation. The King balcony room was perfectly appointed with a nice bathroom and a separate toilet area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel also had a full-service spa and wellness center, as well as two pools.

This hotel was an incredible find! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with balconies providing stunning views of the Avant art gallery next door. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pool area was fantastic, with friendly wait staff and stunning views.

All in all, this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

As young people, we loved the early coffee service and extra perks for marathon participants. The friendly staff, spacious rooms, and amazing views of the bay and city were a delight. The 16th-floor pools offered a great place to relax, and happy hour at Area 31 was a highlight with its affordable drinks, delicious food, and incredible atmosphere.

Felt so comfortable, nothing to complain about.
