I recently stayed at Kingsmill Resort for a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptional, the pool was open and refreshing, and the beautiful nature surrounding the property was a highlight. We loved seeing wildlife like rabbits, deer, and various bird species. The small pier and beach area offered stunning views, even though swimming was not recommended. The rooms were comfortable, and the kids' swimming pool was a hit. There were also options for golf, tennis, and bike rentals, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated along a beautiful river and just a short distance from everything we wanted to see and do. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the bell staff/porter taking great care of our luggage and the wake-up service making sure we never missed a thing. The welcome drink and happy hour were a wonderful touch. The room amenities were exceptional, with a cozy balcony overlooking the stunning views. The turndown service was a lovely touch, and the in-room safe provided peace of mind. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette and cookware at our disposal. The hotel's dining options were fantastic, from the delicious in-room breakfast to the poolside snack bar. The staff's seamless service and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.

This hotel is an excellent value for money and provides great basic amenities. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, even on the upper level, and offer stunning views of the river. The breakfast included in the stay is delicious and the views from the dining area are beautiful. The location of this hotel is ideal as it is near everything and only a short distance from the center of Williamsburg. The staff are friendly and always attentive to details.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was clean, spacious, and had amazing views. The proximity to Busch Gardens was unbeatable. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

When it comes to breakfast items, it would've been better if there were more diverse options available.

The hotel offered a convenient bus service to nearby attractions which saved us the hassle of driving. the river view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the upgraded large shower in the bathroom. Another advantage was the pool with a lazy river and small water slide - perfect for relaxation and fun.

The carpet and furnishings in our room could use some updating. We also encountered some bugs during our stay, which was a bit of a disappointment.

We got excellent value for our money, with a beautiful room and a stunning view from our small terrace. The location was peaceful and charming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped with a lost credit card incident.

Great pool, lazy river, and bar with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of nature around. Convenient shuttle to nearby attractions. Memorable Christmas dinner. Comfortable beds and great cleanliness.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short distance from Busch Gardens and a variety of bars and restaurants. We loved spending our days at the fabulous pools, especially the one with the lazy river and water slide , so much fun for the kids! the staff at breakfast were fantastic, providing excellent service. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was top, notch, and the staff we interacted with were warm and friendly.

One of the drawbacks was the limited dining options available at the hotel, which forced us to eat dinner off, property both nights. Another downside was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance outside of the room, with spiders and webs on the stairs and balcony.

The hotel was beautiful and well-kept. My room had a lovely terrace where I even spotted a deer in the evening. The e-shuttles were a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the food at the Marina and breakfast at the Mill were enjoyable. The location was convenient to lots of attractions, including Busch Gardens and the water park. The staff was friendly and helpful.

You won't run out of options to shop and dine, as there are many outlets close by, and you can even catch a free shuttle directly to a local park. The grassy area is serene, and the lazy river adds an element of relaxation. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious, with all the facilities in working order. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast, with options ranging from chef-prepared to buffet. Additionally, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and worth the upgrade.
