Clean facilities, friendly staff with a full refrigerator in the room that made it easy to store snacks and drinks for our family during our stay.

The beachfront location is a major draw, and the pool area shines with family-friendly amenities. our balcony view was just a sea of palm trees, which felt disappointing. The room cleanliness was hit or miss; stains and dust were evident, and we even received a broom instead of proper housekeeping. The staff remained friendly and helpful, yet the speed of the shuttle cart felt alarming. Prices for food were steep, with breakfast costing $135. Despite some high points, the overall upkeep seems to have slipped, leaving me questioning a return visit.

Fantastic family-friendly resort with amazing pools!

Plus, the constant noise from a movie playing too loudly at night made it pretty much impossible to get a good night’s sleep. So frustrating!

Had a blast during xmas! The location was fab, right on the beach with amazing pools. The kids loved the nightly pool movies, and the room was clean with a great view. Plus, there were plenty of activities on-site to keep us entertained.

Some guests were inconsiderate, smoking on balconies, and beach chair reservations weren't enforced. food prices were high, and the rooms could get a bit chilly with thin bedding.

We had a blast with the pool, lazy river, and evening entertainment – top-notch fun for the whole fam! Richard's omelets were off the charts, totally bomb breakfast vibes! Even though the bed wasn't as cozy as expected, it didn't ruin the overall rad time we had - definitely planning our return already! 🌴

The temperature control allowed for a comfortable stay, but the heavy door was challenging for kids to manage. Noise levels were an issue; sounds from the neighboring room disrupted our sleep for two nights. The cleanliness of the bathroom was below expectations, with noticeable hair left behind. The children loved the kid-friendly activities, but the housekeeping service could have been more efficient. Pool towels were limited, which was frustrating during busy times.

Everything was clean and well-kept. The beach was beautiful, but the restaurant prices were quite high.

Perfectly Situated Near Attractions and Family Fun!

I loved how everything was just a short stroll away, like the beautiful Edgewater Gulf Beach which is less than a 5-minute walk from the resort, as well as Pier Park, only about a 10-minute walk where we had tons of shopping and dining options, plus delicious ice cream just a few steps away! The resort offered spacious rooms with comfy beds, and we enjoyed the amazing pool with a lazy river, family movie nights, and Richard's fantastic omelets at breakfast! It's truly a family-friendly spot that has so much fun on site, but it would be great if the hotel could offer more healthy dining options for longer stays.

The resort was awesome for the whole fam. Big rooms with a queen bed and bunk beds, perfect for 7 including a baby. The pools, especially the lazy river, were a hit. Free water infused with fruit, and fun activities for the kids. Front desk was super helpful. Clean and safe. Don't miss the movie nights and jet ski rentals nearby.
