Excellent Staff and Top-Notch Services

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff who were incredibly friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. the resort offered a wide array of amenities, including a heated pool, well-maintained grounds, and complimentary use of kayaks and paddleboards. the room was comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, the mandatory resort fee felt excessive and some bathroom necessities weren't promptly restocked.

I loved watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico every evening from my private patio at the resort. The breakfast was a great start to my active days exploring the area. The sea lions and dolphins were so fascinating to interact with. The suite was spacious and perfect for my family. I also enjoyed the educational experiences offered nearby. Don't miss the delicious local dishes! The upgraded room was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The sunsets from our patio were breathtaking, and we had a blast at the new pool and chilling on the beach on the comfy lawn chairs. The easy access to kayaks and life jackets made our stay even more fun, and the bay-view pool with lots of lounging spots and grass umbrellas was a chill spot to hang out. Only thing, room cleanliness could have been more thorough - found some surprises like a half-eaten apple on the couch and an apple core in a drawer but overall had a great time! 🏝️

Modern, quiet, clean rooms with ocean views. Great facilities including hammocks and ocean view seats. Secluded island vibe, perfect for relaxation. Plenty of amenities like kayaking, sand chess, and cornhole. Beautiful pool overlooking the canal with manatee sightings. Friendly staff and good value.

Our stay at Lime Tree Bay Resort was exceptional. the room was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with a king bed, kitchen necessities, and a lovely bathroom. the complimentary amenities such as kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes added extra fun to our stay. the private beach, pools, and hot tubs were fantastic, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. the attentive service and laid-back atmosphere made our experience truly enjoyable.

we had a room on the ‘ dockside ‘ which was absolutely great. the property has exceptional views of the water. we booked the premium waterfront king room with kitchen. has kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. the tiki huts by the water with chairs were wonderful. better experience at the resort on the beach than going to sombreo. recommend water shoes if you plan on getting into the water. loved the size of our room. it was more like an apartment! paddleboards and kayaks were included with the room! had a lot of fun out on them! the hammocks and pool were great! breakfast was included with the room!

the room and bathroom were very clean, and the resort is right by the shore. we stayed at an off-property room, and it was quieter and less busy. loved the free kayaking!

Can't recommend highly enough.

The charming beachfront setting was delightful with lovely townhouses and a canal view. The swimming pool was a bonus. The breakfast, though basic, sufficed for a quick bite. A perfect base to explore the Florida Keys, just a short drive to Key West. Beautiful views, friendly staff, and plenty of activities on offer.

Staff kindly guided my way. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, pool, beach access, fitness center. Great for business trips. Always a satisfied guest.

loved being right next to shore with a balcony view of the gulf. the room was comfy with a kitchenette. Housekeeping was super friendly! only drawback: no pets allowed. 🐾

The Lime Tree Bay Resort in Layton was a delightful stay for me and my 6-year-old son. The room was impeccably clean and well-furnished, with a superb bathroom. The laid-back atmosphere and lovely pool with water views made relaxation easy. The beach access, kayaks, and SUP added extra fun to our stay. Close proximity to Long Key State Park and Hawk Channel provided unique family bonding experiences amidst stunning natural beauty. The well-maintained grounds and beachfront location enhanced our overall enjoyment, and the staff's friendliness added to our positive experience.

We had a blast visiting Robbie's, where we went snorkeling and kayaking - it was so rad! The beach and park area were totally lit, with awesome volleyball courts and walking trails. Plus, we took a side trip to the Dolphin research center where we got to swim with the dolphins. It was off the hook!

The only thing that could've made our stay even better would have been if the resort had more late-night activities for us young party-goers.

The room at Lime Tree Bay Resort was amazing, with a balcony providing a stunning view of the water. It was fully equipped with all the utensils needed, making it convenient for a longer stay. The location right on the water allowed for easy access to kayaking and snorkeling, offering a unique and enjoyable experience.

Although the inside of the hotel rooms was comfortable, the walls were quite thin. This resulted in noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which could be a bit disruptive.

The newly remodeled room was outstanding, with jaw-dropping views overlooking the water. It was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great selection with fresh fruit, cereal, and bagels. The pool was the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. The staff was accommodating and promptly resolved any issues. The included kayaks and bikes were a bonus, providing access to nearby state parks and a calm bay for kayaking. a mind-blowing experience and would definitely stay here again.

Just had the most amazing time by the sea! the balcony view was breathtaking. DEFINITELY coming back. the pool is even better than in photos!
